This funnel is used for pouring molten die-casting alloy into the spout of a casting mold, and has excellent heat retention and prevention of wetting of molten metal. It has a structure that can effectively prevent the adhesion and remaining of residue.

It is necessary to prevent the overflow from occurring due to the inflow into the water.

る。However, if molten metal condenses and adheres to the funnel, there is a risk of clogging the outlet, so of course it is necessary to improve the heat retention to prevent condensation and the ability to prevent the hot water from getting wet. It is necessary to ensure that the nozzle drains well so that the entire amount of hot water that has been put into the funnel can quickly flow into the pouring spout. The hot water drips and deposits condensed metal on the surface of the casting mold, which impairs the efficiency of the casting operation.
本考案はかかる欠点を除いたものである。The present invention eliminates this drawback.

流すことができる。As mentioned above, the funnel of the present invention is compression-molded with heat-resistant ceramic fibers mainly composed of alumina and silica mixed with a binder, so it has good heat retention and has a melting point of 400 to 500'. Frequent pouring of molten water of a relatively low-melting die casting alloy such as C not only maintains the heated temperature, but also prevents wetting of said hot water, so there is no risk of condensed metal adhering, even in small amounts. Even if some hot water gets on it, it does not solidify because of its good heat retention properties as described above, and can be washed away with the next injection of hot water.

点は全くない。For this reason, the hot water received from the hot water ladle 15 etc. is quickly poured into the pouring port 14 without leaving much of it inside the cylindrical part 2.
Even when the pouring spout 14 is separated from the lower part of the nozzle port 4 together with the casting mold 12, there is no problem such as unfilled hot water dripping.
