Depending on the purpose of use, clean rooms such as operating rooms can be classified from class 100, where the amount of dust of 0.5 μ or more in the room is less than 100 pieces/ft, to class 1oooo, where the amount of dust in the room is less than 10,000 f/ft, or 100,000 pieces/ft3. The dust tolerance range is often different from the class 100000 below.

For example, for the purpose of air conditioning when not undergoing surgery, it is not necessarily necessary to maintain the sterile state as during surgery, and it is more economical to be able to switch to a sterile room at any time during surgery.

In other words, it would be possible to switch at any time to blow purified air using a turbulent flow method during normal air conditioning or simple treatment, and to blow purified air using a horizontal laminar flow method with high cleaning performance during surgeries that require sterile conditions. This means that it can be immediately applied to a surgical sterile clean room that operates as an air-conditioned clean room during normal times, greatly contributing to the expansion of the scope of application and economic efficiency.

However, the conventional thinking is that class 100, class 1
oooo, it is normal to configure separate clean rooms of class 100,000, etc., and switching between them has not been considered from the point of view of upgrading the clean room, and even if switching is done, However, the switching required the replacement of parts and complicated operations, and it was not possible to switch easily.

In other words, the present invention is based on the following figures: FIG. 1 (showing the state of use as a horizontal laminar flow) and FIG. 2 (showing the state of use as a turbulent flow).
As shown in the schematic cross-sectional view, a high-performance filter 1 is installed vertically on almost the entire surface of the wall on the side (2) to form a vertical outlet, and suction ports 2 and 3 are provided on the opposite wall. A horizontal laminar flow clean room structure equipped with a main blower 5 for sucking in part or all of the air sucked in from the suction port 3 and the conditioned air discharged from the air conditioner 4 and sending the air to the above-mentioned outlet. In addition, a turbulent flow outlet 8 equipped with a high-performance filter 7 is further installed on the ceiling surface 6 of the clean room or on a wall surface other than the above-mentioned outlet, and the conditioned air from the air conditioner 4 is guided to this turbulent flow outlet 8 ( At the same time, a blower 10 is installed in this air path 9, and a chatki damper intermediate outlet 11 is installed on the upstream side of the blower in this air path 9 to discharge conditioned air to be taken in by the main blower 5. By selectively driving the main blower 5 and the blower 10, it is possible to easily switch between turbulent flow and horizontal laminar flow simply by turning on and off these blower motors.

To explain in more detail below, FIG. 1 shows a state in which the horizontal laminar flow type is used, and in this case, the main blower 5 is driven,
The blower 10 is stopped.

When this horizontal laminar flow type is used, the main blower 5 sucks the conditioned air discharged from the discharge port 11 with the Chatsuki damper into the air supply chamber 12 and the circulating air circulated through the attic space 13 and filters it into the high-performance filter 1. Space behind (HEPA filter) 1
From this high-performance filter 1, dust-free and sterile air is blown into the operating room 15 in a horizontal laminar flow.

A part of the air in the operating room 15 is circulated through the ceiling return module 3 (suction port) to the air supply chamber 12, and the rest is discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan 16 after going outside the room through the suction port 2. Air conditioner 4 via wind duct 17
is circulated to the suction side.

The air conditioner 4 is, for example, a package type air conditioner, and is an outside air type capable of cooling, heating, humidifying, and dehumidifying, and produces conditioned air by taking in a part of the above-mentioned exhaust gas and outside air.

The conditioned air fed into the air passage 19 under positive pressure is discharged into the air supply chamber 12 from a discharge port equipped with a damper as shown in the general view in FIG.

In other words, as shown in FIG. 3, this Chatsuki damper is designed to cover the inclined outlet 20 with blades 22 rotatably supported by a shaft 21, so that the air is supplied from inside the air passage 19. When the pressure inside the chamber 12 becomes negative (when the main blower 5 is driven)
, this blade 22 floats to create conditioned air in the air passage 19 in the air supply chamber 1.

On the other hand, when using the turbulent flow method as shown in FIG. The pressure inside the passage becomes negative, and the blades 22 of the Chatuki damper shown in FIG. 3 close the discharge port 20.

Therefore, in this case, only the air conditioned by the air conditioner 4 is guided to the turbulence outlet 8, and from this outlet 8 to the operating room 1.
The air blows out in a turbulent manner within the interior of the room, making it easy to equalize the temperature and humidity of the indoor air.

Since the main blower 5 is stopped, the air blown into the room is not sucked into the attic 13, and all of it is exhausted to the outside through the suction port 2 and released into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan 16. A part of it is circulated to the air conditioner 4 via the air passage 17.

With the above configuration, switching between the horizontal laminar flow method and the turbulent flow method is achieved by switching the motor power supplies of the main blower 5 and the blower 10, and there is no need to change any other components other than 5Iu. This can be achieved by simply switching to a high-grade sterile room with a single switch, making the operation simpler and more economical, and making it possible to respond to various requests as a multipurpose clean room. It can be applied to a wide range of industrial clean rooms for precision, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, etc., and is effective.
