のは第2、第3の段差部で確実に反転する。尚傾斜通路
17に供給された際にはじめから裏返しとなつている椎
茸は第6図に示すように段差部18に落下しても裏返し
のま\となつている。又段差部において上位床を符号2
0で示すように段差側に一部突出すると反転作動が一層
確実になる。このように本発明によれば、振動する傾斜
通路に椎茸のかさの半径と等しいかこれより僅かに大な
る高さの段差を傾斜下位側に向けて複数段形成したきわ
めて簡単な構造であるにもか\わらず椎茸を確実に裏返
しできるという効果があり、次工程のかさ厚が大なる椎
茸の選別装置における能率向上に貢献するところ頗る大
である。
