[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a hinged panel, and more particularly, to a hinged panel in which a bendable sheet-like hinge made of cloth or rubber is attached between a pair of panels such as a partition repanel.

Conventionally, this type of hinged panel is equipped with a foldable sheet-like hinge 2 made of cloth or rubber at approximately the center of the panel 1 in the thickness direction, as shown in FIG. There was a device that could be opened and closed by having a V-shaped notch with the hinge 2 as the apex, but in this case, it was not possible to fold the panel 1 to an angle where the surfaces of the panel 1 faced each other, and the panel 1 could not be folded. In this state, the angle formed by the surface of panel 1 was only about 90°.

In addition, as shown in Figure 1, a panel 1 that can be completely folded has a hinge 2 fixed to the surface of the panel 1 so as to straddle both panels 1, 1.
This has the disadvantage that the hinge 2 is unsightly as it appears on the surface, and is weak against tensile force and easily comes off.

そこで従来、第2図に示すような蝶番構造が提案されて
いる(実公昭38−19557号公報)。
Therefore, a hinge structure as shown in FIG. 2 has been proposed (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 38-19557).

The hinge structure shown in the figure is made by forming ■-shaped grooves E and F alternately in parallel on the front and back surfaces B and C of a substrate A made of a soft thermoplastic resin and having an appropriate thickness, on each segment divided into a certain width. , the thin parts at the bottom are made into continuous bent parts G and H, and thin reinforcing tubes I are inserted into the lower surfaces of both sides of these V-shaped grooves E and F in parallel to the grooves.

Although each section can be completely folded up until the front and back sides face each other, and the hinges are hardly exposed, which was the case in the conventional example, it looks good. The disadvantage is that when the pieces are completely folded, the folded ends become sharp, which is dangerous.

In addition, in this conventional example, even when the segmented piece is stretched out in a straight line, the rotation of the segmented piece is not stopped, and the segmented part may be folded to the opposite side. There was a risk of damage to the central branch.

Furthermore, in such a conventional example, since the continuous bending parts G and H, which are hinge parts, are integrated with the segment piece, the segment piece itself also needs to be made of a soft material. There was also the drawback that extra members such as reinforcing tubes were required.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to ensure safety by preventing sharp edges from being exposed even when the panels are completely folded until their surfaces face each other. In addition to making it possible to handle
To provide a hinged panel in which when the panel is stretched in a straight line, the rotation of the panel is stopped at that position and the panel is prevented from being folded to the opposite side.

What is shown in FIG. 3 is the first embodiment, and the panel 1 is formed by pasting a decorative board 4 on a core board 3 and attaching a presser material 6 to the end of the core board 3. The end face of 3 is notched, and the side half on the front side of the end face forms an inclined face 5 that is inclined with respect to the surface of the panel 1, and the side edge on the front side of the end face of the panel 1 forms the inclined face of the core plate 3'. 5, one end of which faces each other.

As described above, the presser members 6 for holding down both ends of the hinge 2 are attached to the cutout portions of each core plate 3, and the presser members 6 have cutouts 7 formed therein to allow the panels 1, 1 to be opened. When the panels 1, 1 are folded, a gap is created between the edges of the panels 1, 1 to prevent fingers from getting jammed, and when the panels 1, 1 are folded, the folded corners of the panels 1, 1 are The edges are chamfered to prevent sharp edges from appearing.

Although the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to fold the panel to an angle such that the surfaces of the panels face each other when folded, and the hinges are hardly exposed, making it look good. This has the advantage that when the panel is completely folded, the folded corners will have a chamfered shape at the notch, and compared to a case without a notch, it will have a rounded shape and be safer. In addition, when the panel is opened, a gap is formed between the end faces of the panel, which has the advantage of preventing fingers from getting jammed at the end faces of the panel. In this case, the parts of the end faces of the panels other than the above-mentioned notches are formed so that they come into contact with each other when both panels are stretched in a straight line, so when the panels are stretched in a straight line in this way, the The rotation of the panel is stopped and the panel is no longer folded to the opposite side, so there is no fear that the pivot part of the panel will be damaged, and the pivot part of the panel can be made more robust. Moreover, since the panel and the hinge are formed of separate members, there is also the advantage that the panel can be made more robust compared to the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 38-19557.
