併設される道路設備用鋼管柱において、その振動振巾が
最も大となる鋼管柱の先端近傍の中空内部に、長手方向
一端部を揺動自在に支持し、かつ長手方向他端部をばね
部材で支持した重錘振子を設け、鋼管柱先端部が鉛直方
向にある一定値以上の変位振巾が発生するとき、当該振
子が銅管柱内壁に衝突することによって、鋼管柱の振動
エネルギーを衝突エネルギーに変換]、て発散せしめ鋼
管柱の応答変位振巾を減少させたりあるいは鋼管柱の振
動の減衰時間を減少させる事を特徴とする道路設備用鋼
