Conventionally, in this type of electric fryer, a temperature sensing element such as a thermostat that controls the power supply to the heater was attached to the outer circumferential surface of the oil tank via a mounting angle, so the temperature sensing element was not installed. The oil temperature is sensed through an angle and an oil tank, and the response to changes in oil temperature is slow. Therefore, the temperature control by the temperature sensor has poor accuracy, and the range of oil temperature fluctuations becomes large. It was difficult to fry food at the set temperature.

In particular, when the oil temperature drops due to the addition of materials into the oil that has reached the set temperature, the response of the temperature sensing element to changes in oil temperature is slow, so it takes a long time before the heater is energized to raise the oil temperature to the set temperature again. It took a considerable amount of time, during which time the ingredients added were to be fried at a lower temperature than the set temperature.

According to the electric fryer of the present invention as described above, by immersing the temperature-sensing element that controls the electricity supply to the heater in the oil in the oil tank, the response of the temperature-sensing element to changes in oil temperature is quickly performed. The accuracy of temperature control is improved and the range of oil temperature fluctuations is kept small, allowing you to skillfully fry tempura, etc. at the set temperature. Also, by lighting the appropriate temperature indicator lamp when the oil temperature rises to the set temperature, There is no need to make a mistake in the timing of inputting materials, and this is practically useful.
