Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable either a right or a left burner by preference of a user to work as a high calorie burner, by a method wherein an on-off valve, mounted within a gas nozzle support, is designed to have a size relation, between a nozzle support seal part and a gas nozzle, in that the on-off valve is not opened until the gas nozzle is sealed. CONSTITUTION:When a burner 16 is disconnected from a gas cock 6 side, since a gas nozzle 14 is secured to a damper 15, the nozzle is disconnected simultaneously, an on-off valve 8, sized to be the width of a nozzle support 7, is brought to a closing state to prevent leakage of gas. Since the size of a part B of the gas nozzle 14 is shorter than that of a part A of the nozzle support 7, the on- off valve 8 is brought to an opening state only while there is a size in that the gas nozzle 14 can be sealed by a seal rubber 13, and the on-off valve 8 is closed when the gas nozzle is brought to a condition in that it parts from the seal rubber 13. 険等がある。又使用者の好みで、大カロリーガスコンロ
は左右のどちら側がよいか決められる。そのためガステ
ープルを購入する場合、消費者は好みのメーカー品に大
カロリーのガスコンロのある側が好みと違うことがしば
しばある。

ズル2がネジ部3で螺着され、そのガスノズル2にダン
パー4及びバーナ6(一部分のみの図)が挿入されてい
る構造のものを、まずコック1に螺着されているノズル
2からバーナ6とダンパー4を外し、しかる後にガスコ
ック1のネジ部3に螺着されているガスノズル2を外し
、反対側の前述の同類のガスノズル、バーナ、ダンパー
の各部品と交換する必要がある。

っている。ガスノズル14のB部及び0部はノズル受け
7のA部寸法より小さいので、ガスノズル14がノズル
受け3のシールゴム13でシールし得る寸法の間のみ開
閉弁8″f:開とし、ガスノズル14がノズル受け7の
シールゴム13より離れる状態になると前述の第3図の
如く開閉弁8が閉となる。又シールゴム13は弗素ゴム
の如き耐熱性と滑りのよいゴムを使用しているのでシー
ル性及び耐久性が優れている。ガスノズル14とダンパ
ー15とバーナ16とが一体になっているのでガス消費
量を決定する因子を有する部分即ちガス消費量はガスノ
ズル14で定まりバーナ16とダンパー15はガス消費
量に合せる必要がありそれらは一体となって取外し取付
けを行うので、バーナ16とガスノズル14及びダンパ
ー16との相互の不一致が起ることがない。従ってもし
誤ってバーナ16を取外し前肩と左右間違えて取付けた
としてもガスノズル14.ダンパー16、バーナ16が
一緒なのでガスの不安全な燃焼を起すことがなく常に安
全燃焼の組合せの部品の組合せを保つことができるもの
である。左右のバーナ16の取替えは一般の市販の安全
ガスソケットの着脱と同様に消費者が容易かつ安全にで
きるものである。

ル受けにノズルが挿入れないときは開閉弁を開かない構
造を有するもので、安全性を十分考慮しである。
