Various measures have been taken to prevent this, but it is difficult to completely eliminate it, and even if paperboard is made that does not curve for the time being, it often ends up warping over time. . As a simple countermeasure against this problem, a method has been widely known in which the warp is corrected by alternately inverting and stacking a certain number of sheets and using their own weight. Various types of reversing machines had been devised for this purpose, but none were perfect, and for this reason, the applicant first developed the
A reversing machine described in Japanese Patent No. 25977 was devised. This reversing machine has a structure that holds and inverts the group of laminated sheets with a presser pad installed at the top of the machine, making it possible to stack narrow sheets when working with a conventional reversing machine. This succeeded in preventing the disorder of the lamination that often occurs when In the present invention, in order to further demonstrate the good performance of the reversing machine,
In front of the machine, cut sheet materials are received, individual sheet materials are temporarily stored, stacked into a specified number of sheets, and temporarily stored as a group of laminated sheets. After passing through the machine, the laminated sheet groups are alternately placed on a pallet. We have invented a device that automatically performs the process from cutting to stacking on a pallet, without the need for human power, by using a series of devices to stack items face-to-face.

The sheet-shaped corrugated paperboards 15 sent out from the take-up belt conveyor 1 are fed onto the first conveyor 2 so as to overlap as shown in the figure. At this time, if the vacuum suction holes are placed opposite to the front edge of the belt conveyor 1 from below and suction is performed, the tail end of the sheet material will be suctioned by the suction hole just before it is transferred to the conveyor 2, and it will be lined up more orderly. Become transported. The speed of the conveyor 2 is as follows:
It is about half of that of . Since the gate 3 is initially open, the sheet material 15 is sent to the second conveyor by the gate roll 4. At this time, the position of the second gate 6 is adjusted by moving on the second conveyor 5 according to the length of the sheet material 15, and at this time, the second gate 6 is closed and the leading ends of the flowing sheets 15 are aligned. When the stacked sheet number detector 7 detects that a specified number of sheets have been stacked, the first gate 3 is closed in response to the signal, and the gate roll 4 is stopped. If there is a sheet 15 passing through at that time, it is stopped while being sandwiched between the first gate rolls 4 as shown in the figure. At this time the first
The conveyor 2 does not stop, so the sheets 15 overlap near the first gate 3, but the second

passes through and gets on the inclined conveyor 11. While the conveyor 16 adjusts its unloading height to the stacking height of the cardboard materials on the pallet 17, its progress is temporarily stopped by the third gate 13, and when the gate 13 is opened, the cardboard materials are stacked on the pallet 17.

During the above process, the laminated sheet group 16 stacked by the specified number on the second conveyor 5 is detected by the passage completion detector 10 of the reversing machine 9.
Waiting for the opening of the second knot 6 by the signal of The laminated sheet group 16 stacked on the barret 17 is turned upside down, and if necessary, the stacked sheets are further stacked at slightly different positions in the lengthwise direction. By repeating this operation, the laminated sheet group 16 is stacked up alternately, front and back, in staggered rows if necessary. The operations of the first gate 3 and the second gate 6 are coordinated so that the sheet material 15 and the stacked sheet material group 16 are not sent to the next stage until the reversing machine 9 is ready for gripping. When a defective sheet material occurs on the second conveyor 5, the leading end of the sheet material is lowered to the lower blade in the cylinder as shown in the figure, and the feeding direction is reversed.
Defective sheet materials can be sent to the removal conveyor 8.
The terminal end of the slope conveyor 11 detects the upper surface of the sheet on the pallet 17 and the flow surface of the conveyor reaches the laminated sheet material group 1.
Adjust the height so that it is at the optimal position for sending out step 6. Note that the reversing machine has an upper belt conveyor and a lower belt conveyor disposed opposite each other, and these belt conveyors are rotatably supported around the center in the longitudinal direction, and these belt conveyors are are supported so that the vertical distance between them can be adjusted.

Then, the distance between the upper belt conveyor 1 and the lower belt conveyor 1 is adjusted for each pass, and the upper belt conveyor 1 and the lower belt conveyor 1 are connected to a group of sheet-like step holes based on the output signal of the gripping completion detector. It constitutes a vertical reversing machine that inverts the material with the material sandwiched between them. In the above-mentioned series of devices, special consideration has been given to the following features.

In addition, especially in the present invention, the vertical reversing machine can handle all sorted tanpol materials that are less than the length of the belt conveyor, and even if the length of the cardboard sheet changes, it can be adjusted to suit the sheet each time. There is no need to adjust the machine.

Furthermore, the belt conveyor is rotated around the center (
Since it rotates on its own axis, it has the advantage of requiring a small turning radius. Also, since it is flipped vertically,
It is possible to correct warpage in a sheet-like cardboard material over a wider range than when horizontally inverting the material.
