More specifically, it is a mimeograph paper consisting of an ink-impermeable mimeograph sheet (hereinafter referred to as a mimeograph sheet) that can be perforated with an impact printing machine, a ballpoint pen, a steel pen, etc., and a support mount. This invention relates to a mimeograph paper which is formed by bonding substantially all over the surface to a strength that allows it to be peeled off. In conventional mimeograph paper processed into porous tissue paper, the mimeograph sheet and the supporting paper are adhered at the negative side, but are separated over the entire surface except for the adhesive part.

This support mount is used as a cushioning material for printing pressure and writing pressure during plate making, and also as a support for convenient handling since the copy sheet is thin.Furthermore, the copy sheet is colored at the perforated areas after plate making. Because the perforation gas adheres and is transferred, it is used for printing proofing, and after perforation and printing, it is cut out and discarded. However, although this support mount is adhered to the mimeograph sheet on one side, it is extremely difficult to attach it to a printing machine or an automatic electronic printing machine because almost the entire surface except for the adhesive area is separated from each other.

This is because the mimeograph sheet is extremely thin, generally 30 to 60
Since the sheet is μ, flexible, and highly plasticized, it is easily wrinkled and may even tear and become unusable. In addition, the support mount is generally thick;
Because of its strength, it did not balance well with the mimeograph sheet and was inconvenient to handle. For this reason, it is desired to integrate the mimeograph sheet and the supporting mount, and one solution is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 17765/1983.

This method involves inserting a laminated plastic coating of the same type as the plastic coating material typically impregnated into the mimeograph sheet, such as nitrocellulose, as a bonding material between the mimeograph sheet and the supporting mount. It is in the form of a sheet. However, according to this method, when the highly plasticized mimeograph sheet and the supporting mount are peeled off after plate making, the coating film on the highly plasticized mimeograph sheet is easily destroyed, and there are also problems with storage stability. It was hot.

In other words, since the mimeograph sheet is perforated as a stencil by external pressure, in order to obtain a highly plasticized and soft coating film,
Usually, a larger amount of softener is added to the plastic that serves as the film-forming material (generally, softener: plastic = 4:1 to 0:1'). When a plastic material of the same type as the film-forming material is used as a laminating adhesive for a mimeograph sheet, the laminated plastic material is likely to change due to a large amount of softener in the film-forming material (or in the laminated plastic material). During storage, bonding strength deteriorates, storage stability deteriorates, and perforation due to external pressure tends to deteriorate. As an improvement to this method, it is possible to use a plastic material that has been plasticized to the same degree as the film-forming material of the mimeograph sheet, but according to this method, a large amount of the softening agent in the laminated plastic material is The support sheet must be made of an oil-resistant sheet or the support sheet must be made of an oil-resistant sheet.

Furthermore, since both the film-forming plastic material and the laminated plastic material of the mimeograph sheet are highly plasticized,
Each coating film tends to be integrated, and after peeling off, the bonded plastic material remains on the copying sheet side, so that the copying sheet becomes thicker by the thickness of the layer of bonded plastic material, resulting in a decrease in printing clarity. As a result of intensive research in order to improve these drawbacks, the present inventor has found that by using solid wax as a laminating material, it is possible to create a laminated material with oil repellency, appropriate adhesiveness, releasability, etc. peculiar to solid wax. The present invention has been completed based on the discovery that the solid wax remains on the supporting paper side, which solves the above-mentioned problem, and that the present invention is extremely suitable as a pasting material for highly plasticized copying sheets.

That is, the present invention involves coating or impregnating porous thin paper with a highly plasticized ink-impermeable film-forming material, which is made by blending a softening agent in an amount of 4 to 10 times the amount of an ink-impermeable film-forming resin. In a mimeograph paper consisting of a mimeograph sheet made of The present invention relates to a mimeograph paper which is characterized by being bonded and integrated on the entire surface with sufficient strength, is easy to handle, is easy to attach to a printing machine, has storage stability of bonding strength, and has perforability of the mimeograph sheet. The present invention provides mimeograph paper with excellent printability. The porous thin paper used in the present invention includes natural fibers such as mitsumata, kozo, Manila hemp, pulp, rayon, vinylon, etc.

In the present invention, solid waxes having a melting point of 50 to 150°C, preferably 70 to 100°C, such as animal and plant carnauba wax, selagin wax, synthetic paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, etc., are added to the support mount alone or in an appropriate mixture. Apply something as a bonding material.

If the melting point of the solid wax is below 50°C, it is difficult to use because it will peel off due to the temperature during the storage period after bonding the mimeograph sheet and the support mount. Problems arise, such as the plasticized copying sheet being destroyed. The coating on the supporting mount may be performed by heating and melting only these solid waxes, or by heating and melting them in a suitable solvent such as mineral spirits, toluene, trichlorethylene or the like.

Alternatively, an emulsion of solid wax and water with a suitable surfactant may be used. As described above, the mimeograph paper according to the present invention uses a solid wax having a specific melting point range as a bonding material between the mimeograph sheet and the support mount, and for example, the support mount coated with the solid wax and the mimeograph sheet are bonded under heat. By utilizing the adhesion effect caused by the melting of the solid wax described above, it is possible to easily integrate the mimeograph sheet and the support mount without destroying the coating film of the mimeograph sheet, and also to easily peel it off. The solid wax remains on the support mount side. Therefore, the mimeograph paper according to the present invention is easy to handle, and has excellent mountability to a printing machine, storage stability of bonding strength, and perforation. Further, unlike when a laminated plastic material is used, the solid wax remains on the support mount side after peeling off and does not remain on the mimeograph sheet, so it also has the advantage of excellent printing clarity. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail by showing examples.
