However, this does not mean that there has been no technology to detect calling subscriber information in the past.
Technologically confirmed methods include the method of detection using a program in a telephone exchange (the international automatic instant method), etc. However, all of these methods are limited to cases in which the calling subscriber himself expresses his intention to be detected by selecting a specific route by dialing a special number. cannot be searched. Methods for searching for malicious calls include (1) manually searching for a connection route in the opposite direction;

(2) When a specific number is dialed, it is recorded in the fault recorder of the exchange. Methods such as (1) have been used.
Method (2) requires a long call and requires a lot of effort, and method (2) is only a primary means of catching the caller and is only effective when combined with other methods. None of these methods could be called effective, as they had drawbacks such as difficulty in obtaining the desired results.

On the other hand, as society becomes more complex, a number of situations have arisen that require the detection of malicious calls. The present invention has been made in response to the above-mentioned demands, and aims to make it possible to easily identify originating subscriber information, which is effective in tracking malicious calls, by using an information center.

Among these, configurations added to existing exchange equipment are shown with diagonal lines. When the information center 10 is requested to detect the information (accommodation location information or telephone number) of the calling subscriber 1 for the subscriber 2, the telephone number of the receiving subscriber 2 is registered in the information center 10.

Below, information A is the telephone number of the called subscriber A who requested identification.
, the calling subscriber information which is the purpose of identification will be abbreviated as information B, respectively. Information A is sent from the information center 10 to the data line 1
1 to the information transmitting/receiving devices 9, 91 for the information center of each telephone exchange, and are set in the dialed number comparing and matching devices 8, 81 each having a storage means. Each exchange converts the dialed digits into translators 7 and 7.
At the same time, the dialed number comparing device 8, 81 compares the transmitted dialed number with the set information A.

If the matching results do not match, no special processing is performed;
A communication path is established between the originating subscriber and the terminating subscriber using well-known exchange connection control. If the verification results match, the connection control will proceed and the originating subscriber information B will be sent to the marker 6.
The information A and B are sent together from the information transmitting/receiving device 9 to the information center 10. Information center 10
Then, the received information A and B are stored in the memory device. When the called subscriber 2 performs a hooking operation to request identification of the information B during a call with the calling subscriber 1, the identification request detection device 5 detects the information A set in advance in the comparison and verification device 81. It is sent to the information center 10 via the transmitting/receiving device 91 and the data line 11.

When the information center 10 dies, the memory device is searched using information A as an index, information B stored immediately before is added to information A, typed out, and an alarm is issued. Thereby, the originating subscriber information can be identified. In the above example, the identification request signal is generated by pressing a switch for a short time, but instead of this, a signal such as a multi-frequency signal may be sent from the receiving subscriber 2 to the detection device 5. You can also do it.

Alternatively, the receiving subscriber 2 may not request identification of the information B during the call with the calling subscriber 1, but may request the information center 10 to type out the stored information after the call ends. . In this case, the above-mentioned identification request detection device 5
Since it is not necessary, the hardware configuration becomes more economical. Note that in any of the above methods, the receiving subscriber 2
If the information center 10 does not issue an identification request, the information stored in the information center 10 is automatically deleted in chronological order according to certain conditions such as the passage of time or the number of items in the memory overflow. As explained above, according to the present invention, the only devices that need to be added to the conventional exchange are the dialed number comparison and verification device 8 having storage means, the identification request detection device 5, and the information transmitting/receiving device 9. Since the only information stored in the comparison/verification device 8 is the subscriber number that has requested verification in advance, a small-scale storage device can be used, and furthermore, the control at the switching center is based on the dialed digits of the calling subscriber. Since only verification with stored information, information transfer when verification matches, and identification and transfer of subscriber requests are required, functions can be added to existing exchanges economically.

By adding such functions and installing the information center 10, it is possible to easily and economically detect the information of the originating subscriber who made the call to the terminating subscriber based on the terminating subscriber's request. Therefore, the present invention is extremely effective when applied to tracking malicious calls.
