DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is useful when transferring a large number of subscribers from an existing exchange such as an A-type exchange or a crossbar exchange to an electronic exchange.
This invention relates to a mass subscriber jumper checking method that can efficiently check whether the connections of subscriber jumpers in a main distribution frame (hereinafter referred to as MDF) to be installed in advance are correct or incorrect.

Conventionally, when transferring subscribers from an existing exchange to an electronic exchange, the first step was to check the normality of the MDF subscriber jumper.
As shown in the figure, at least two people went in groups.

That is, in the same figure, when one person a dials and connects in the order of the 10 subscriber accommodation positions from test bench 1, the relevant subscriber is captured by the operation of interrupt switch 2, and the connection route is connected to the arrester 3 for the existing exchange, the existing subscriber It extends through the jumper 4 and the new subscriber jumper 5 to the arrester 6 for the electronic exchange.

Here, one of the other 15 people is connected to the A line outside the station (marked with an x) of the arrester 6, based on the subscriber acquisition information of a sent from the contact line □.
The B wire was short-circuited using a short-circuiting hardware 8, and the short-circuit result was confirmed with a meter on the test stand 1, and the quality of the jumper was determined by whether or not the meter needle swung. 20 However, this conventional method of checking jumpers for newly installed subscribers is inefficient and has poor workability, and even stations with relatively good working environments may not be able to operate properly if the number of subscribers that require replacement is 20,000 to 30,000. It is possible that the project cannot be completed within the construction period due to constraints.

In addition, if a short circuit occurs, the procedure 25 is required, which has the disadvantage of sending out a short circuit tone to the subscriber during a call, which may interfere with the call. The present invention was made to eliminate this drawback, and attempts to efficiently check the subscriber network by one person by using the 30% drain of the current exchange without using a test stand. It is.

Figure 3 is a general flowchart showing a specific example of the processing flow in Figure 2.Detailed explanation will be omitted, but the outline of the process is to run the program as a general call process in a loop with an arrester, and to the dedicated task initial. When a test call arrives, it distinguishes between a test call and a general call, and for the test call, a reception end display is forcibly displayed, setting of an RC (relay control) order is omitted, and a dial tone is not sent. Also, from the task final, distinguish between test connections, general connections, etc., and set the calling phone number in the register. Also, the station number is taken out from the specified registration table and added to the telephone number to determine the number of received digits. Thereafter, by executing the task final, the connection is made to the subsequent part and the test connection is terminated. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a device for transmitting and receiving signals outside the telephone band according to the present invention, and is a concrete example of a ZIP check device; FIG. b is a circuit configuration diagram.

Further, 26 is a program τ of the first means according to the present invention,
It is stored in the magnetic drum 23 during the test. In this state, the tester hangs the previous zipper check device from his chest, turns on the power switch 10, and first inserts and connects the external connector 11 of the device to the external terminal of the electronic replacement arrester. Next, the terminal side connector 12 of the device is brought into contact with the station side terminals (A wire, B wire) of the electronic exchange arrester,
When the loop state is established, the above-mentioned program processing causes the outgoing connection route to pass through the interrupt train to the subscriber line of type A, the arrester 3 for type A, the existing zipper 4 of MDF, and the newly installed zipper 5.
, and further extends to the outside terminal of the electronic exchange arrester 6. During this time, the connection status can be heard using earphones. At the same time, a 15kHz confirmation signal is also sent out on this route, so the external connector 11 connected in advance
By confirming signal reception using a level meter and a speaker, it is possible to check whether the newly installed jumper 5 to be tested is normal or not. By following the same procedure and changing the test target point of the electronic replacement arrester, which naturally corresponds to the telephone number, it is possible to perform each zipper check.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to perform a zipper check simply by appropriately hitting the containment point at one location in the arrester section, and also perform a transmission test at the same time. In addition, since a frequency outside the telephone band is used as a confirmation signal, even if a subscriber is busy during a test, a zip check can be performed at the tester's pace without adversely affecting the subscriber such as noise. In comparison, the work efficiency can be increased by about 3 times, and the work efficiency can be greatly improved.

1. Lay a new jumper wire from the outside terminal of the existing jumper wire of the main distribution frame that connects the existing subscriber line and the existing exchange to the inside terminal of the new main distribution frame that accommodates the new exchange, and check the installation status. In the mass subscriber jumper check method to check the correctness of the data, the new switch is started by shorting the terminals on the outside of the arrester rack of the new switch, and the outgoing connection area number is added to the own telephone number of the subscriber data read from memory. The incoming call number is used to make an outgoing connection, and the incoming call number interrupts the interrupt train of the existing exchange, and a signal outside the telephone band is sent out from the terminal inside the station of the above arrester rack, and is sent to the above arrester via the existing jumper and the new jumper. A large subscriber jumper check method that is characterized by reception at the outside terminal of the rack.
