Conventionally, the methods for putting crests on cloth have been to draw the crest on the dyed cloth in an easy-to-identify color, pasting the cloth with the crest on it, and decolorizing the outer circle of the pattern on the dyed cloth and placing the crest there. There is a method of drawing, in which the area where the crest should be placed is left dyed and the crest is drawn there.

The last method is suitable for fabrics that are dyed black or dark colors, and is widely adopted. The method involves cutting out the crest pattern (cutting out the pattern) and layering the sheet mask on the fabric using a glue such as rubber glue. is applied to the area corresponding to the cutout area and dyed, and then the attached glue layer is removed to create a residual dye. However, the cutout area of the mask does not match the pattern inside the crest. Since the part that shields the gap must be connected, there is a connection point between the surrounding area and the shielding part, and this shielding part is not coated with glue (so when the mask is removed, it must be manually removed). By the way, recently a method of printing patterns on cloth using the screen printing method has been proposed (Special Publication No. 51).
No.-22552, No. 56-21872, No. 56-21
(No. 874), it is possible to use this technique to copy paste onto a white cloth and leave the outside dyed to add a crest, but since it is necessary to leave both the front and back of the cloth dyed,
The glue must be copied accurately on both the front and back sides, matching the pattern of the crest.

However, if the crest is asymmetrical, it is necessary to prepare a separate plate for the front side and a plate for the back side, and in addition, the two plates must be made so that the image areas match exactly. be. In the present invention, shielding layers are laminated and fixed on both sides of the screen, and a printing plate is used in which the image area corresponding to the desired pattern passes through the shielding layers on both sides, and this plate is placed on the surface of the cloth and glued. Transfer the adhesive onto the fabric through the image area, then overlap the plate on the back side of the fabric with the glue layer and image area aligned, and transfer the adhesive onto the fabric through the image area to form the glue layer. To provide a method that can accurately and easily form a crest of any pattern by forming the same on the back side of the fabric and then carrying out a normal dyeing process and peeling off the glue layer.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Figure 1 shows a crest called the left two tomoe, which has a circular outer outline 1 and a colored part 2 in the shape of a combination of two crescent moons.
It is formed by white background patterns 5 and 6 surrounded by left and right edges 3 and 4 (・ru. Figure 2.3 shows a plate forming the crest shown in Figure 1, As seen in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, shielding layers 22 and 23 having approximately equal thickness are stacked and fixed on both sides of the screen 21, and the four peripheral edges thereof are fixed to a thin hard frame 24. The image area (opening area) 25 corresponding to the background patterns 5 and 6 of the crest is stretched and fixed in a tensioned state.
, 26 are formed to penetrate both the shielding layers 22 and 23.

The plate made in this way is stacked on the surface of a white fabric 7 with the top surface A of the plate facing up, and a glue 8 is placed on it and spread using a suitable tool such as a squeegee to expose the image areas 25 and 26. Copy onto the cloth 7 through the screen 21 (Figure 5)

Next, when the glue layer 9 formed by this mimeographing has dried, the cloth 7 is turned over so that the lower surface B of the plate is facing up, and the glue layer 9 and the image area 25 that have been mimeographed on the surface are 26 are aligned and overlapped, adhesive 8 is applied, spread and transcribed (Fig. 6). When the glue layers 9 and 10 corresponding to the ground patterns 5 and 6 of the crest are formed on both the front and back sides of the cloth 7 in this way (Fig. 7), a normal dyeing process is carried out, and then the glue layers are formed. 9,
10 is peeled off and removed to obtain a pattern due to undyed dyeing as shown in FIG. If the crest is made up of only a thick line pattern left as a white outline, that is, a ground pattern, the crest will be completed in the above process, but if the crest has a thin line pattern in it, it can be handwritten or printed. Finish by drawing a thin line pattern for the tsute.

The shielding layers 22 and 23 are plate films made by manual lithography of ordinary screen printing or photolithography (photolithography), using commercially available varnish base paper, photosensitive emulsion, and other materials. In addition, the shielding layers 22 and 23 of the plate are made to have a thickness of 200 to 400 microns, and if it is thinner than this, the glue layers 9 and 10 will become thinner and a sufficient stain prevention function cannot be expected. On the other hand, if it is thicker than this, there is a risk that the pattern formed into a predetermined shape by the image areas 25 and 26 will be deformed when the paste layers 9 and 10 become soft and loose due to the heat applied during the dyeing process. In addition, when a screen with a considerable thickness is used, it has enough hardness to stand on its own and maintain tension without being fixed to the frame 24.Furthermore, a shielding layer on both sides is used. 22 and 23 may be made to have different thicknesses.According to the present invention, conventionally, a sheet-like mask with a cut out pattern of a crest is layered on a piece of fabric, and a glue is applied and dyed in the 6th step, and the glue is further removed. This eliminates the troublesome work of manually correcting the connection points between the surrounding area and the shielding part inside the crest after printing, and uses a normal screen printing method to create a glue layer that is exactly the same shape as the crest on both the front and back sides of the fabric. can be formed accurately and easily, and there is no need for correction by simply dyeing the fabric and peeling off the glue layer (--you can obtain the marks due to undyed dyeing).

In particular, according to the present invention, a screen is used in which a shielding layer is laminated and fixed on both sides of the screen, and printing areas are provided on both the upper and lower surfaces in correspondence with the desired crest pattern. By copying the adhesive, and then copying the adhesive by aligning the adhesive layer on the back side with the adhesive layer on the front side, even if the pattern is asymmetrical, you can turn the plate over and accurately print the same spot on both the front and back sides. It is possible to form a glue layer thereon.

In addition, as a result of providing a glue layer on both the front and back surfaces, when dyeing is carried out, the dyeing is completely left behind, allowing the pattern to be clearly formed. Furthermore, if a mold for the front side and a mold for the back side are used separately, there will be slight discrepancies and the outline will become blurred and require correction, but the present invention eliminates such concerns. In addition, the number of plates can be reduced, making it possible to form patterns economically. Furthermore, in the case of bilaterally symmetrical patterns, even if one shielding layer is damaged during use, the shielding layer on the opposite side can be used and the paste can be directly copied to form the pattern, providing various excellent effects. It is something.
