11 is a partition plate that vertically divides the space between the outer tube 6 and the inner tube 7 into three chambers, 12 is a communication hole provided in the center of the inner tube 7, and 13 is a radial partition around the outer tube 6. The upper and lower portions of the coolers are arranged in the upper and lower chambers and communicate with the upper and lower chambers formed between the outer tube 6 and the inner tube 7, respectively.

17 is a pressure gauge, and 18 is a connecting pipe. In the cooling device of this invention having the above-described structure, the portion consisting of the outer tube 6 and the inner tube 7 serves as a fixed frame for the cooler 13, so there is no need to install a separate frame, and the installation area is limited to the bottom plate 8. The cost of foundation work can also be reduced because the area is sufficient.

In addition, nitrogen gas 15 for preventing deterioration of the cooling insulating oil 14 is provided inside the inner tube 7 and between the inner and outer tubes communicating with the inner tube 7 through the communication hole 12.
However, since this part functions as an oil expansion chamber, the overall structure can be made compact.
