所定角に移相させる電圧移相器と、該電圧移相器で移相
された電圧を更に０度、１２０度および２４０度に移相
させる電圧移相回路部と、該電圧移送回路部で移送され
た三相電圧を増幅し出力する電圧用三相増幅部とを備え
ると共に、前記電圧移相器による移相角を基準として前
記交流電源接続部からの交流電流を適宜可変移相する電
流移相器と、該電流移相器で移相された電流を更に０度
、１２０度および２４０度に移相する電圧移相回路部と
、該電流移相回路部で移相された三相電流を増幅し出力
する電流用三相増幅部とを備えて成ることを特徴とする
