Abstract

PURPOSE:To form correctly a cast to a desired radius of curvature without unevenness by winding a welding wire on a large cast roller and increasing the length of a correcting section by a large cast roller. CONSTITUTION:A welding wire 2 fed from an arrow A direction is formed with a cast of a relatively small diameter by the 1st cast roller 5 and is slightly unbent by a press roller 8 and thereafter the wire is fed to the 2nd cast roller 6 having relatively a large diameter by which the previously formed cast is formed again to the desired cast. The cast applied to the wire 2 has gradually shorter overlap lengths from 2a' to 2b' as the number of the winding layers on a wire spool 1 increases and while the cast of the desired radius of curvature is adjusted to the optimum state, the wire is wound around the spool 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cast forming method for winding a welding wire around a wire winding frame such as a wire spool, which is configured to give the welding wire a cast with a single continuous radius of curvature. It is.

When using welding wire for automatic welding or semi-white '3b welding, for example, a wire winding frame (as shown in Fig. 1) is used.
(hereinafter sometimes referred to as wire spool) 1 is wound on a wire spool and installed in automatic welding or automatic welding. The welding wire 2 is given a curl (hereinafter referred to as cast) in order to prevent it from unwinding due to springback from the wire spool 1.

On the other hand, the welding wire 2 is the spool core 3 of the wire spool 1.
Since the welding wire 2 is wound in multiple layers around the welding wire, the radius of the welding wire 2 gradually increases from the beginning to the end. A cast with a radius of curvature that approximately corresponds to the radius of the winding is given.

In other words, the cast formed on the welding wire 2 has a small radius of curvature r in the winding I on the side closer to the spool core 3 (bolt side), and has a smaller radius of curvature r in the winding layer on the side farther from the spool core 3 (distal side). R is getting larger.

That is, the configuration of the cast forming method of the present invention is that the welding wire fed from the welding wire supply side is wound at least once around the outer circumferential side of the first cast roller having a small diameter to form a cast with a small radius of curvature. After that, the welding wire is wound at least once around the outer periphery of the large-diameter second cast roller to adjust the small curvature cast to a large curvature radius cast, and then the welding wire is fed to the wire winding frame side. Hereinafter, the BQ structure and effects of the present invention will be specifically explained based on the drawings of the embodiments. FIG. 2 is a process explanatory diagram for explaining the cast forming method of the present invention, in which the welding wire 2 fed from the welding wire supply side A is passed through a first cast roller 5 with a small diameter and a second cast roller with a large diameter. The welding wire 2 is first wound around the outer periphery of the first cast roller 5 at least once, and then wound around the second cast roller 6 [feeding included].
The wire is wound at least once around by the cast roller 6 and then sent to the wire spool 1. In the illustrated example, a presser roller 8 for the cast fine adjustment raft is provided, and this is attached to the lower end of the elevator 7 such as a hydraulic cylinder, and the presser roller 8 is moved forward and backward toward the welding wire 2 that is running. let

That is, the welding wire 2 phantom 1 fed in from the direction of arrow A is first formed into a relatively small-diameter gear cast by the first cast roller 5VC, but in the example shown in FIG.
After that, it is fed into the second cast roller 6 which has a relatively large diameter, and the second cast roller 6 re-forms the previously formed cast into the desired cast. .

In this way, in the present invention, the welding wire 2 that has been pre-bent is slightly bent immediately after being cast, or
Alternatively, since it is fed into the second cast straw 26 as it is, it is possible to easily bend it into the desired cast shape. On the other hand, winding around the wire spool 1 is carried out by winding the tip of the welding wire 2 around the spool core 3 in the same way as in the conventional case. However, as mentioned above, since the winding curvature radius changes from the centripetal side to the distal side It is necessary to gradually increase the cast size of the welding wire 2 sent out from the 2-cast roller 6. In this regard, the present invention utilizes the fact that the welding wire feeding trajectory 2a toward the centripetal side changes to the feeding trajectory 2b toward the distal side as winding progresses. That is, the straightening section subjected to the bending process by the gear roller 6 is
2a' and 2
b', it is shortened from L + 2 a' to L + 2b'. That is, the bending correction section by the second cast roller 6 is (L+2a')-(L+2b')=(2a'-2b')
The cast becomes thicker by the amount of the decrease. Therefore, the cast applied to the welding wire 2 is wound around the wire spool 1 so that as the number of layers increases, the overlap length p gradually decreases from 2a' to 2b', and the cast has a desired radius of curvature. is wound around the wire spool 1 while being adjusted to the optimum state. Furthermore, since the cast difference between the winding start and the winding end is small, the wire feeding performance does not change greatly between the winding start and the winding end P, and welding workability is stabilized.

In this way, in the present invention, the welding wire is wound around the thick cast roller, and the correction section by the large cast roller is lengthened, so that a cast with a desired radius of curvature can be formed correctly.

Moreover, since there is no unevenness in the formation of the gearst, uneven feeding within the tip of the welding wire and meandering of the welding line are prevented, and accurate welded joints can be obtained. Can be done.

Furthermore, when forming a cast with a larger radius of curvature using the cast forming method of the present invention, the second cast roller 6 may be replaced with a larger diameter cast roller.
