。By the way, white pig iron is a material that has excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, and has greater impact resistance than the ceramics mentioned above (although white pig iron is very hard and does not have good weldability), so it can be installed in the desired location. In this case, for example, the hole U of the bolt hole for bolt fixing is difficult to attach. Bring the mating part to the doffing station to which you want to attach the part.
The only way to do so was to directly fish for white pig iron, which was not practical.

する耐熱、耐摩耗製ライナーの製造方法である。The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned problems, and provides a liner and its manufacturing method that utilizes the excellent properties of white pig iron itself, such as heat resistance and wear resistance, and also provides various 131 with low processing and weldability. This is what we aim to do.
The gist is an outer tube made of carbon steel or low alloy steel that is open at least at one end and has many small holes penetrating its peripheral wall, and a white tube that is cast and filled into the inner space and small holes of the outer tube. The inner filling material passes through the small hole and slightly overhangs the outer circumferential wall of the outer tube, forming a bulge in the outer circumferential wall that is slightly larger than the diameter of the small hole. A heat-resistant, abrasion-resistant liner characterized by a heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant liner that is solidified with , buried in a hollow sand mold with its open end facing upward, and pouring molten white pig iron cast iron lumber 1 from the open end so that the molten phase fills the inner space and the small hole of the outer pipe, and A method for producing a heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant liner, which is characterized in that the liner slightly overflows from the small hole to the outer circumferential wall of the outer tube and solidifies into a state where the outer circumferential wall has a bulge slightly larger than the diameter of the small hole. be.
以下本発明を図面を参酌し乍ら詳述する。The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

), and also flows into the small holes F21, +21, (7), forming a bulge (5) at a part of the small hole (2+, (2+), slightly protruding from the small hole F21, +21, and solidifying). For this purpose, the tamping strength of the sand mold (3) used, the pouring temperature of the white pig iron cast iron material (7I), etc. are adjusted appropriately. The liner of the present invention obtained in this way is shown in Figs. 3 and 4. As shown, inside the outer tube (1) there is an inner filler (5) made of solidified molten white pig iron material (4), and the inner filler (5) has a large number of small pieces. Hole f21, +2

部充用材が耐え得る限り使用可能である。The liner of the present invention described above has an outer tube made of carbon steel or low-alloy steel that has excellent machinability and weldability, and is made of white pig iron cast iron that is heat resistant and wear resistant. As mentioned above, since the inner filler is filled in the bulge part with a strong joint like a type of rivet joint, when the liner of the present invention is attached to a desired part of a bell, for example, it can be easily welded and fixed. In addition to welding, it is also easy to drill holes for bolting and other machining.
Moreover, after being installed in this way, the outer tube, which has low heat and abrasion resistance, will wear out and be damaged with use, but the internal filler made of white pig iron cast iron has high heat and abrasion resistance. The inner filler will not peel off unless the outer tube surrounding it is completely worn out. If it is installed and used by welding or other necessary means, the outer tube will hardly wear out in the lower part, that is, on the mounting side and side parts, so in fact, it can be used as long as the inner filling material can withstand it.
