Conventional Structures and Problems As is well known, in recent years most irons are electric irons that have a built-in heating element and are powered by a power cord led out from the iron body. However, with this type of electric iron, the power cord leads out from the iron itself, so the power cord gets in the way when ironing, and the operating range of the iron is limited by the length of the power cord. It has the disadvantage of Therefore, recently (the d1 iron body does not lead out the power cord and has only a power supply terminal that conducts with the heating element, and when the iron body is placed on it, we have developed a mounting stand that has a power supply terminal that connects to the power supply terminal of the iron body. A separate iron has been developed in which the iron body is separated from the stand during ironing operations. In such an iron-in, the connection between the power supply terminal and the power supply terminal is ensured, and the iron can be used for a long period of time. In order to prevent poor contact when using the iron, it is necessary to increase the contact pressure between both the power supply and power supply terminals. However, if the contact pressure at the connection part is too high, the iron body will not be able to stand on the table. It becomes unstable, and if the iron body is attracted with a magnet or the like to eliminate this problem, a large force is required to separate the iron body from the mounting table, resulting in a decrease in operability and the problem of unwielding.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned prior art, and provides a reliable connection between the power supply terminal and the power supply terminal, and also allows easy separation of the iron body from the mounting table without requiring a particularly large force. This provides a cordless iron with excellent performance.

With this configuration, when the iron body is placed on the mounting stand,
The permanent magnet and the attracting body magnetically attract the iron body, and the iron body is fixed to the mounting table, and the power supply terminal and the power supply terminal are securely connected. In addition, when separating the iron body from the mounting table, the shorting body is moved by external operation to form a magnetic circuit that shorts both magnetic poles of the permanent magnet, reducing the magnetic force acting on the permanent magnet and the adsorption plate. It can be separated.

Plug the power cord 24 into the power outlet, and position the iron body 1 so that its base rear part 3' is positioned 18.
When placed on the mounting table 2 as shown in , the magnetic pole plate 16 is attracted to the attracting body 26 by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 15, the power supply terminal 13 is fully inserted into the power supply hole 19, and the power supply terminal 21 is pulled by the elastic force of the spring 22. The iron main body 1 is fixed to the mounting table 2 while being pressed against it. Therefore, at this time, the power supply terminal 13 and the power supply terminal 21 are completely connected, power is started to be supplied to the heating element 4, and the base 3 begins to heat up. At this time, the actuator 1Flb 9 is pushed upward by the actuator spring 11, so the shorting body 12 is not in contact with the magnetic pole plate 16.

When the short-circuiting body 12 comes into contact with the magnetic poles and the magnetic poles are short-circuited, the magnetic pole plate 16 does not lose the magnetic force that attracts the attraction plate 26. The operator can easily separate the iron main body 1 from the mounting table 2.

However, since the mounting surface 1Y has an angle at the front end,
When the iron main body 1 is placed on the mounting table 2, the clap part 5 becomes easy to grip, work efficiency is improved, and the bottom area of the mounting table 2 is reduced, so that the work space is increased accordingly.

When ironing is completely finished, the power cord 24 can be wound onto the cord reel 25, so that the power cord 24 does not become bulky when stored. Moreover, since the cord reel 25 is housed in a space 26 at the lower end of the mounting surface 17, the provision of the cord reel 25 increases the overall size of the mounting table 2 when stored. Not only will this not occur, but the provision of the cord reel 25 increases the amount of the mounting table 2, which provides the advantage that the mounting table 2 is stabilized and workability is improved.

In this embodiment, the actuating fli1+ 9 is moved up and down by the rotational movement of the actuating member 7.
The point is that the operating shaft 9 may be moved up and down by an external operation. For example, the operating shaft 9 may be moved up and down by pressing several push buttons at the upper end of the operating shaft 9.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the cordless iron of the present invention includes a permanent magnet in the iron body having a power supply terminal, a shorting body that is moved by an external operation and short-circuits both magnetic poles of the permanent magnet, and a mounting base having a power supply terminal. By providing an adsorbent made of magnetic material, the iron body is fixed to the mounting table when placed on the table, and the power supply terminal and power supply terminal are securely connected, preventing contact failures due to long-term use. can be easily separated from the mounting table without requiring any particular great force. In addition, as in the example, by tilting the angle of the mounting surface of the mounting table and installing a cord reel in the space below, the space occupied by the mounting table can be fully utilized, improving ironing work efficiency. This makes it easier to store the iron. As described above, the present invention has achieved a cordless iron that is excellent in reliability, operability, and storage, and has great practical effects.
