本願は商品などを配送する場合に必要な数種類の伝票を
透明合成樹脂がら成る袋体に取付けて成る配送用伝票に
関するもので、その要旨とするところは、透明合成樹脂
の袋体の裏面両端部に所要巾の感圧性接着層を形成する
と共に、その一方の感圧性接着層の一部に商品の配送に
必要な数種類の伝票から成る伝票群の綴り部側を仮着し
、また他方の感圧性接着層に剥離紙を仮着してその裏面
