いて、前記スリーブが接合部に嵌め合い構造を有する一
対の半割れ円筒体から構成され、かつこれらの半割れ円
筒体が、前記接合部に各半割れ円筒体に跨って穿設した
穴に挿入されたピンまたはボルトにより一体に固定され
