Abstract

PURPOSE:To elongate the life of the pump casing by a method wherein the liner main body is provided on the innr peripheral surface of the pump casing in parallel therewith while a bolt, plated into the liner main body, is penetrated through and projected from the pump casing and the bolt is tightened by a nut through a packing. CONSTITUTION:The liner main body 1 is formed by a wear resistant material and the bolt 2 is cast together with the liner main body 1 so as to be planted thereinto. The liner is arranged in parallel with the inner peripheral surface of the pump casing, therefore, one side surface of the liner main body 1 is configured so as to be coinciding with the inner peripheral surface of the casing. The bolt 2 is inserted into the rubber packing 4A and is inserted into the hole of the casing 3, thereafter, is inserted into an O-ring 4B and a washer 5, then, the liner main body 1 is clamped to the casing 3 by the nut 6. Accoding to this method, the casing main body may be used continuously by exchanging the liner main body 1 in case the casing 3 is worn.
