Conventional configuration of ψ11 and its problems In toaster ovens and the like, when the door of the heating chamber is opened, the net shelf or saucer on which the food is placed is pulled out to the front.
Some devices are designed to make it easier to place and take out food, but the height of the rack should be higher than that of the upper and lower heaters so that the heat from the electric heaters installed above and below the rack can be evenly received. located at approximately equal intervals, and whose position (
The structure is such that the height cannot be changed. That is, in general, the heating chamber is partitioned into upper and lower parts at the center, and a mesh shelf is provided, which poses a problem in that the size of the food that can be placed on the mesh shelf is limited.

On the other hand, in electric ovens, etc., there are those with a number of grooves that allow the rack or saucer to be placed on a multi-level shelf holder installed on the side wall of the heating chamber. Although it has the advantage of not having restrictions on size and height, it does have the problem that the shelves cannot be inserted or removed when the door is opened or closed. Furthermore, some microwave ovens with an electric heating device have a rotating saucer and a mesh shelf is placed on the rotating saucer, but it goes without saying that the opening/closing of the door and the interlocking movement of the saucer and the mesh shelf are not possible. could not.

Generally, when baking bread, etc., it is necessary to bake it evenly on both sides. The net shelf to be placed on is placed in a position that receives heat evenly from the upper and lower heaters, and in the case of high-frequency heating, since food is often handled in containers, it is placed in a position that can secure the height to accommodate the containers. It is required that a shelf be provided in the Increasing the distance between the net shelf and the upper heater in order to meet both of these requirements requires a relatively large amount of heat generated by the upper heater, and it is necessary to increase the space available for the heating chamber. There were problems such as.

For example, when used for baking bread, it is at the height shown in the figure and receives heat equally from the upper and lower heaters 7.8. be able to. By changing the distribution of the output of the electric heaters 7.8, the height of the mesh shelf 9 does not necessarily have to be at the center of the heating chamber 2, but if the food to be cooked is too close to the heater, the heater may Because it is a type heat source and the food is irradiated with strong direct radiation, it may cause undesirable results such as linear burn marks, and it may not be uniform over the entire area of the food, including heat rays due to reflected waves from the ceiling and bottom. In order to obtain proper heating, it is appropriate to have a structure in which the food to be cooked can be placed near the center of the heating chamber 2.

A non-magnetic metal case of one color is installed in a part of the case. If the material of the permanent magnet 12 is a ferrite magnet, it absorbs high frequencies and generates heat at a temperature close to one Curie point or higher, which may cause the magnetic force to be lost. It has shielding against high frequencies. Depending on the material of the permanent magnet, some permanent magnets do not generate heat due to high frequencies, and in this case, the metal case 13 is unnecessary.

On the outside of the heating chamber wall 2a, there is a magnet 16'' (i7) that can be slid back and forth by a guide 15.The magnet 16 consists of a permanent magnet 1 and a metal cover 18, and the metal cover 18 is made of a magnetic material such as a steel plate. The heating chamber wall 2a side is open and the outside is closed, which also serves to prevent leakage of magnetic flux to the outside. Reference numeral 19 denotes an arm connected to the door, and a pin 20 connects the magnet to the door. 21 is a return spring, one end of which is fixed to the rear wall of the heating device 1. As shown in the figure, two magnets 1

Therefore, the net shelf 9 placed on the tip pin 24 also moves up and down. Note that there is a protrusion 26a (i7) below the guide groove 26 that locks the operating rod 26, and prevents the net shelf 9 from naturally descending due to the weight of the cooking items and the net shelf 90. In other words, when cooking by high-frequency heating, the lower rack screen 27 is placed at the position where the upper rack is placed. As shown in FIG. If only the net 9 is used, it may tilt as shown by the broken line and cause the container to spill the cooking money, but as shown in FIG. 7, the container can be stabilized by the lower screen 27.

On the other hand, it is possible to make the upper screen 9 finer and eliminate the lower screen 27, but in the case of heating with an electric heater, the heat from the lower heater 8 is blocked by the metal wires forming the screen, which is not preferable. In the case of electric heater heating, cooking is carried out with the upper grate 9 at the highest position, so the lower grate 27 does not directly touch the food and does not block the heat from the electric heater 8. Note that the metal wires constituting the upper screen 9 are also corrugated to minimize the number of parts that come into contact with the food to be cooked. FIG. 8 shows the relationship between the upper screen 9 and the lower screen 27.
consists of a plurality of parallel wavy metal wires 28, and the lower net 27
The wavy metal wire 29 of the same aircraft also consists of the wavy metal wire 2 of the upper row.
The lower wavy metal wire 29id is arranged so as to be perpendicular to the crest 288 of No. 8 and the lower wavy metal wire 29id. In addition,
In FIG. 8, the lower screen 27 indicated by a broken line indicates the relative position when the upper screen 9 is at its highest position.

Also, both the highest and lowest positions of the pin 24 have a dimension of 2 with respect to the horizontal line passing through the center of the shaft 22 of the first arm 23a.
, and there is no displacement in the front-rear direction in the upper and lower positions of the upper screen 9. Also, the first arm 23a and the second arm 23
By setting the angle θ with b to 90°, the lower mesh moves in parallel. Further, in the first embodiment, the means for interconnecting the arms provided before and after the slide table 100 is only the upper net 9, and the arm 23 on the driving side
There is also a possibility that the arm on the driven side does not swing in the same direction and moves back when it passes completely near the horizontal line passing through the center of the shaft 22. According to the second embodiment, this drawback can be prevented by the second arm 23b, and the movements of the front and rear arms can be reliably matched.

As described above, according to this embodiment, first, the net shelf 9 on which food is placed can be taken in and out in conjunction with the opening and closing of the front opening door.
It is extremely convenient for placing and taking out food, and is safe when all parts are at room temperature after cooking. Next, in the case of cooking using the upper and lower electric heaters 7.8, it is recommended to move the placing table downward to maximize the height of the food to be placed. can. Also,
At that time, in order to stably place frequently used containers such as tea bowls, the parallel metal wires 2B and 29 of the upper and lower two-tiered upper and lower mesh shelves 9 and 27 are arranged orthogonally, and each metal The wire can be formed into a wavy shape, and the crests 28a and 2Qai of the wavy shape can be made to have the same height. Moreover, the height of the net shelf can be changed by one-touch operation of the operating rod 26 provided at the front end of the sliding table 10. By swinging the arm 23 on which the net shelf is placed equally up and down from the horizontal line passing through its axis fulcrum 22, the upper net 9 that moves up and down is not displaced in the front and back direction, so it does not hit the back wall or door of the heating chamber. There is no.
