Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent smoke dust from depositing in flues during a single-side operation by providing a pipe leading a part of exhaust gas flowing through a driving side flue to a resting side flue. CONSTITUTION:A flue 5 is provided with at least a pair of pipes 11 each having a gas take-in port 9 which introduces a part of exhaust gas from one of flues 4a and 4b and a plurality of gas blow-off holes 10 for discharging the exhaust gas introduced into the downstream, said pipe 11 being fixed at its end part to the other of the flues 4a and 4b. When an exhaust pump 3b, for example, is resting, a part of the exhaust gas in the flue 4a is taken in through the gas blow-off holes 10 within the flue 5 on the side of the flue 4b through a partition plate 7, is discharged whereby the desposition of smoke dust in the flue during the single-side operation can be prevented.

By the way, in the configuration shown in FIG. 1, there are two flues 4a,
4b joins the flue 5 at the connection point, but when the plant load fluctuates or the EP switches to single-lung operation, the dust that has adhered or accumulated in the flue after the EP will be re-dispersed. , the regulated concentration of dust at the chimney outlet may be exceeded.

For example, FIG. 2 shows the flow of exhaust gas and the state of dust accumulation during single-lung operation when the flue 4b is stopped. A partition plate 7 is provided parallel to the flue 5 at the confluence of the flues 4a, 4b, and the flues 4a, 4b are parallel to the partition plate 7.
A partition plate 8 is provided to rectify the exhaust gas from 4b. As shown by the arrow in the figure, the gas flow wraps around behind the partition plate 7 into the flue 4b on the idle side, and since the gas flow stagnates at this recessed part, the dust in the gas flows out of the flue 4b.

With dust accumulating in the flue like this, the EP on the idle side
When the operation resumes, exhaust gas flows into the flue 4b, so the accumulated dust is scattered, and all of this is discharged from the flue 6. As a result, the dust concentration may exceed the regulation value, which poses a pollution problem.

In short, the present invention installs a pipe that guides a part of the exhaust gas flowing through the operating side flue to the idle side flue, and releases the exhaust gas through a gas blowing hole provided in the idle side flue of the main flue. This is designed to generate a gas flow, or to block the smoke outlet on the rest side with a damper.

Figures 3 and 4 show one embodiment of the present invention, and the same reference numerals are used for the same parts as shown in Figure 2, so redundant explanation will be omitted. It has a gas intake port 9 that introduces a part of the exhaust gas from one side of the flue 4 through the flue 4, and has a gas outlet hole 10 whose end is fixed to the other side of the flue 4 and discharges the exhaust gas introduced downstream. The structure differs from FIG. 2 in that at least one pair of a plurality of pipes 11 is provided in the flue 5. As shown in FIG. 5, several pipes 11 are arranged vertically at predetermined intervals to form a uniform gas flow within the flue.

In the above configuration, for example, when EP3b is suspended,
A pipe 1 through which part of the exhaust gas from the flue 4a projects to the flue side
Exhaust gas is taken in from the gas intake port 9 of No. 1 and discharged from the gas blowing hole 10 through the partition plate 7 into the flue 5 on the side of the flue 4b. This released gas prevents the generation of vortices in the flue on the idle side, thereby eliminating the accumulation of soot and dust in the flue. Even when the EP3a is stopped, the same phenomenon as described above occurs, and the accumulation of soot and dust in the flue is prevented.

Note that even in normal times when both EPs 3a and 3b are in operation, exhaust gas on the opposite side of the partition plate 7 is released, but some of the exhaust gases simply bypass each other, and the function of the flue 5 is affected. It will not have any impact. Also, is it structurally A?
Since the end of the id 11 is fixed to the flue wall and the other end is fixed to the partition plate 7, the mother id 11 can function as a reinforcing material or a fixing material for the flue 5 and the partition plate 7. can.

Furthermore, in the description of the above embodiments, the pipes are installed so that the blow-off holes are arranged horizontally, but the pipes can also be installed so that they are arranged vertically. Furthermore, the guide may be attached both horizontally and vertically.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention, and parts that are the same as those shown in FIG. The structure differs from that in FIG. 2 in that a damper 12 is provided at the bottom. The damper 12 closes the exit of either the flue 4a or 4b depending on the rest state of the EP.

4'12 is closed and no vortex is generated that flows into the flue 4b, so the exhaust gas from the flue 4a flows in one direction in the flue 5.
There is no possibility that dust will accumulate in the flue. On the contrary, EP3a
When the damper 12 stops, contrary to the above, the damper 12
Close the outlet to prevent the generation of vortices. Note that the damper 12 in normal conditions is parallel to the partition plate 7, and has a configuration that is simply an extension of the partition plate 7.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent dust from accumulating at the flue convergence part during single-lung operation of the EP, prevent the dust concentration from increasing due to re-dispersion, and reduce pollution. You can try to prevent it.
