、板材からプレス成形されることにより第3図に示す如
くクラッチアウタ1の肉厚は均一化されている。第3図
において1aはクララチアラフカム室である。第2図に
おいて1bは転造押し出し加工により設けられたヘリカ
ルスプライン、1cはかしめワッシャ6 (第4図図示
)を固定するための切削溝である。第4図、第5図にお
いて、2はタラソチローラ、3は半割ワッシャでビニオ
ン4の抜は止めである。ビニオン4は図示されない内燃
機関のリングギヤと噛み合いリングギヤにスタータモー
タの回転力を伝えるものである。5はクラッチローラ2
