A soft iron yoke is attached to both sides of the rectangular parallelepiped permanent magnet body to form a torii shape, and both lower surfaces of the yoke are made convex to draw out the N and S poles, and the magnetic circuit is made of soft iron at right angles to the lower steel pipe.
