記の蓄電池とコントローラーとを中空支柱に内装すると
共に、当該蓄電池を出入自在とした開閉扉が中空支柱に
設けられ、さらに当該中空支柱には蓄電池からの発生ガ
スを外気に放出するガス抜、き口が開口されてなる太陽
