In general, it goes without saying that fabrics for foundations and the like are required not only to have a beautiful appearance, but also to have excellent elasticity in the warp and weft directions, which is the purpose of the fabric itself.

Conventionally, fabrics mainly used for foundations include, for example, in the case of fabrics with a power net structure as shown in Fig. 3, knitted loops B in each warp direction are knitted with spandex yarns a inserted therein. ...It has a structure in which group b is connected by weft C made of synthetic fiber threads.

However, in the case of this fabric, when the fabric is strongly pulled in the weft direction, the weft threads C made of synthetic fiber threads are fully stretched and cut, or become fully stretched, resulting in the fabric tearing, The shrinkage recovery force in the weft direction was extremely reduced, there were many restrictions in terms of design and functionality, and the fabric had the disadvantage that it could not exhibit sufficient characteristics as a foundation fabric.

In order to deal with the above-mentioned drawbacks, the applicant of this invention first proposed that when knitting a fabric from a warp-knitted structure, elastic threads are inserted in the warp direction of each plain knitting loop row of the warp-knitted structure. At the same time, we have developed a warp-knitted fabric in which the warp threads are cross-knitted in a zigzag pattern between the weft threads between each plain-knitted loop row, and the elastic yarns maintain good elasticity and resilience of the fabric in the warp and weft directions. In addition, the warp imparts a satin-like appearance and texture to the surface of the fabric, making it highly popular as a foundation fabric.

This invention aims to further improve the warp-knitted fabric described above, further improving the fabric's shrinkage recovery ability in the weft direction, and keeping the surface of the fabric extremely smooth to further improve its feel and texture. It was developed and completed as a warp-knitted fabric structure A, in which synthetic fiber yarns such as nylon are alternately knitted into wales on both sides or on one side every few courses.
The elastic yarns 2...2 are repeatedly inserted in a zigzag pattern for each course in the same wale on the inside (back side) of this warp knitted fabric structure A. Another elastic yarn 3 on the inside (back side) of ground texture A
This relates to an elastic warp knitted fabric that is repeatedly inserted and knitted with the same number of courses and the same number of wales on each side.

The details of this invention will be explained below based on the example diagrams. A is a flat knit loop row in which nylon yarn 1 is knitted alternately into the adjacent wales every few courses.・
・It is a warp knitted fabric structure with a warp knitted fabric structure A, and elastic yarns 2...2 are repeatedly inserted in a zigzag shape for each course in the same wale on the inside (back side) of this warp knitted fabric structure A. At the same time, an elastic yarn 3 such as a spandex yarn is repeatedly inserted into the inside (back side) of the warp knitted fabric structure A every three courses with a width extending over three adjacent wales. It is knitted from elastic warp knitted fabric.

As described above, this invention is based on the synthetic fiber yarn 1 such as nylon.
are alternately knitted into wales on both sides or on one side every few courses to form a warp knitted fabric structure A, and on the inside (back side) of this warp knitted fabric structure A, stretchable threads 2... . . 2 is repeatedly inserted in a zigzag pattern for each course in the same wale, and another elastic yarn 3 . . . 3 is inserted inside (back side) of this warp knitted fabric structure A. This relates to an elastic warp knitted fabric which is repeatedly inserted and knitted every the same number of courses with a width of the same number of adjacent wales on each side, and the elastic yarn 3 is knitted on each side every the same number of courses. Because it is repeatedly inserted into the fabric with the same number of wale widths for each adjacent wale, it can withstand significantly superior elongation and shrinkage recovery force in the weft direction of the fabric compared to the conventional elastic warp knitted fabrics mentioned above. Moreover, due to the uniquely specified uniform insertion knitting structure of the elastic yarn 3, it is possible to maintain a well-balanced elongation in the weft direction and shrinkage recovery force over the entire fabric, and the elastic yarn It has the great advantage of being able to withstand smoothness with an elegant appearance and shape retention, without causing distortions, curling around the edges, wrinkles, etc. of the fabric, which can easily occur due to random weft insertion of the strips. Both elastic yarns 2 and 3 are hidden inside the fabric, and the surface of the fabric is covered only with synthetic fiber yarn 1 such as nylon, so it has a smooth feel and beautiful appearance. It is most suitable as a fabric for applications such as foundations, and further has other features such as being easily knitted using a normal warp knitting raschel machine.
