Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a device in structure and make it advantageous from the standpoint of assembling, by using a fixed base and part of a sliding base as part of a rolling bearing for rectilinear motion in combination. CONSTITUTION:A sliding base 20 has two pairs of ball rolling feed grooes 21 at both sides outward a structure body and a circulating hole 22 in addition. A driving part 25 moving the sliding base 20 is constituted of a motor 26 and a ball screw 27. A fixed base 30 also has a ball rolling feed grooves 31 being paired with these ball rolling feed grooves 21 at both sides inward the structure body and supports the driving part 25. Balls as a circulating type rolling bearing for rectilinear motion are inserted into space between these rolling feed grooves 21 and 31. Turning motion in the motor 26 is converted into rectilinear motion by the ball screw 27 at the driving part 25, and this rectilinear motion is transmitted to the sliding base 20 as it is. These balls roll on these rolling feed grooves 31 and 21, then pass through the circulating hole 22, thus balls are circulated.

相互の平行度をだす為に、加工時に位置決め用ガイドを
設ける為の加工を施したとしても加工に高精度な加工を
必要とした。又、軸受用軌道台1は直線運動用ころがり
軸受3と組み合せて高精度に加工されており、その精度
を保持させる為軸受用軌道台1をボルトで取付けられる
固定ベース6の平面度も高精度に加工しなければならず
、組立上、加工上から多大の工数を要し、製造価格が割
高となり低価格で高精度の移動テーブルの開発が望捷れ
ていた。

ローラー往復式直線運動用軸受17のそれぞれ一方のV
溝軌道台12を平行に配しボルトで取り付け、他方のV
溝軌道台11を固定ベース15にボルトで取り付け、固
定ベース150間に駆動部16を配し、駆動部16によ
り移動ベース14を一軸方向に直線運動させるものであ
った。この様な構成ではローラー往復式直線運動用軸受
17の構造によりローラー13が往復式で循環構造では
ない為、−軸方向に直線運動する時必らず移動ベース1
4が固定ベース16よりオーバーハングしてし捷い移動
ベース14の剛性が低下すると共に移動ストロークに限
界が存在する。又移動ベース14の長さに比し移動スト
ロークを大きくとれない為装置が大きくなってしまうと
いう欠点を有していた。
