Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of assembling steps, to facilitate the work and to improve the working efficiency by disposing a rigid circuit board having a plurality of terminals and a circuit on the extension of a bobbin shaft separately from a bobbin, winding a lead on a rib to form a coil, and then securing the board to the bobbin end. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board 36 has a pattern unit 38 and a connection unit 40, the pattern unit 38 has a rotational shaft 18, a hole 42, through which a boss 16 is passed at the center and an entangling terminal 44 at the periphery, and the connection unit 40 is extended from the pattern unit 38. A bobbin 10 is opposed to a flier 60, an arm 62 is rotated to wind a lead 28 on a rib adjacent to the bobbin 10. When the rib is completely wound, a slide base 58 is moved, the board 36 is opposed to the flier 60, the arm 62 is rotated several times to entangle the lead on the terminal of the board 36. Such an operation is repeated, the board 36 is eventually secured to the end of the bobbin 10, the entangling terminal which is completely soldered is contained in a case.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a cylindrical bobbin 10 has a pair of hoses 16 at both ends and six ribs 12 on the side surface (substantially parallel to the rotation axis 18). Both ends of the rib 12 are connected to the bobbin 10
stands out from The hobbin lO is further located at a position extending from the midpoint of the adjacent ribs 12 toward the rotation Ik1118 side.
It has a plurality of ends j' and pins 14 for binding. Note that a Mizuhisa magnet (1δ) is added to the rotating shaft 18. First, a conductive wire is wound using any adjacent rib 12 as a winding frame to form a coil 20 (see FIG. 2), and then the terminal of the coil is tied to the terminal pin 14. This operation is repeated to form six coils. The hobbin lO around which the coil 20 is wound is placed in a cylindrical case 22, as shown in FIG.
After passing the terminal pin 14 through the hole 26 of the cover (side plate) 24, the wire is unwound from the pin 14 and its end 28 is soldered to the conductive foil 3o.

By the way, in the conventional example mentioned above, as a structural problem,
(d) Since the surface of the winding around the rib 12 and the mJ of winding the end of the coil around the ☆1ζr-bin 14 are about 90°W, the winding device requires a special 1-layer (7, the device is complicated). (b) In small vari motors, the terminal pins 14 are extremely thin (for example, 1 m in diameter) and are expensive.
m) IF, the terminal pin 14 may break during the process of twisting or untying the coil end; (c) the terminal pin 14 may be damaged;
Since the spacing between the terminal pin 16 and the terminal pin 16 is narrow (for example, 0.95 mm), it is easy to get rid of the ends of the coil.
It is a special group or spirit that covers the body. On the other hand, the problem with the above-mentioned conventional example is that (a) the terminal pin 14 with the end of the coil wound must be manually unraveled after passing through the terminal pin 14 through the side &24.
(b) Since the area of 4' @ foil 3o is narrow and close together, it is extremely difficult to solder, especially for small motors, and (C) It is necessary to newly connect the motor circuit and external circuit. There is a problem in that the conductive foil 30 must be soldered.

First, place the hobbin JO facing the flyer 60 so that it is attached to the 'A41XI, and rotate the arm 62 to attach the bobbin 1.
Wrap the ・H wire 28 around the rib (not shown) in contact with 0 ll#. When the winding around the rib is completed, the sliding base 58 is moved automatically or by an L movement, and the circuit board 36 is placed in a position facing the flyer 60, as shown in FIG. Next, the arm 62 is rotated several times to connect the conductive wire to the terminal of the circuit board 36. When the tangle is finished, the conducting wire is cut manually or dynamically (however, an automatic cutting device is not shown). Next, return the hobbin to the position shown in Figure 4, and
Rotate O and circuit board 36 and attach 4 to the next adjacent rib.
Wind the wire 28. Place the circuit board 3 again in the position shown in Figure 5.
After winding the conductor wire several times around the Karaage terminal No. 6, cut the conductor wire. Repeat this operation to remove the hobbin 10 and the circuit board 3.
Complete the winding on the terminal of No. 6 (the winding completion status is shown in the 6th IN).Next, remove the circuit board 36 from the support spring 52, and remove any loose conductors between the circuit board 36 and the hobbin 10. Rotate the plate 36 and the bobbin 10 (or any one of them) so that the circuit is not attached to the end of the bobbin IO.

(1) Since the collar terminal has approximately one square angle with respect to the rotation axis of the motor, the plane of rotation for winding the conductor around the bobbin and for winding the end of the coil around the collar terminal is the same. Therefore, simply by changing the relative positions of the flyer for winding the conductor, the bobbin, and the circuit board, the coil can be wound and the ends of the coil can be tied off, thereby improving one work efficiency.

Although the present invention has been described in detail, it is clear that various modifications and changes can be made based on the embodiments described above. For example, in the explanation of FIGS. 4 and 5, the slide base 58 is moved, but the flyer 60 may be moved with the slide base 58 fixed. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the shape of the conductive pattern (motor circuit) on the rigid circuit board is not limited to the embodiment. Furthermore, the number of terminals on the circuit board may be changed depending on the type of motor/coil connection.
