Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a heat pipe humidifier heat-exchanging between the delivery pipe of compressor and a humidifying water source inside the water tank of humidifier, adapted to humidify an atmosphere without the need of external water supply by allowing the reception of cooler drain water in the water tank of humidifier. CONSTITUTION:While a lower drain pan 4 is arranged on a compressor 1 and a condenser 2, a humidifying water tank 5 is provided on the upper surface of the pan 4. A cooler drain pan 8 is provided at the bottom of cooler 6, having its drain hole 9 opposed against the upper surface of humidifying water tank 5 via a scale removal filter 10. A heat pipe 11 extends to insert a condensing section into the humidifying water tank 5 and fix an evaporating section on a delivery pipe 3. Upon a device being actuated, the drain water of cooler 6 is stored in the humidifying water tank 5 wherein it has its heat exchanged with a high temperature operating fluid in the heat pipe 11. An adequate heat conduction and heating effect takes place for improving the evaporation. As a result, the humidifying effect is enhanced.

Some air conditioner humidifiers are evaporative, steam humidifier: 11
Types include water humidification type, water humidification type, and natural evaporation type. However, these facilities such as power supplies, steam boilers, pressure pumps, etc.
Also, plumbing and wiring work is required. Natural evaporation type humidifiers have the disadvantage that they do not require the above-mentioned equipment or piping and wiring work, or that their humidifying effects are inferior to those of the other methods mentioned above. The present invention provides a humidifier for an air conditioner for controlling constant temperature and humidity, which can obtain a good humidifying effect without requiring the above-mentioned equipment and piping and wiring work.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is a compressor located at the bottom of the unit, 2 is a condenser, and 3 is a discharge pipe leading from the compressor 1 to the condenser 2. 4 are these compressors], condenser 2, and discharge piping 3.
The lower drain pan 5 placed at the 1st position is a humidifying water tank and is placed on the upper surface of the lower drain pan 1. 6 is a cooler located below the blower 7 placed in the unit 7) -) 1, and a cooler drain pan 8 is installed at the bottom of the cooler. It is arranged so that water can be supplied to the humidifying water tank 5. 11 is a heat pipe whose evaporating part 13 is closely fixed to a part of the outer surface of the discharge pipe 3 with a fixing band 12, and the condensing part 14 at the other end is inserted into the humidifier water tank 5, and this penetrating part is used to prevent water leakage. A seal has been installed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the heat pipe 11 is a tube-shaped container that is evacuated and filled with an appropriate amount of a working fluid IS such as water or fluorocarbon and sealed. If the evaporator section 13 at one end of the heat pipe 11 is heated, the working driftwood 15 will be heated and evaporated within the pipe, and the temperature and pressure of the evaporator section 13 will be higher than those of the condensing section 11 at the other end, so that steam will not It moves toward the condensing section 14.

When the condensing part 14 is cooled, the vapor that has arrived is condensed and liquefied and returns to the evaporating part 13 by the capillary action of the wick or by its own weight, so the working fluid 15 is constantly circulated in the pipe and heat is transferred from the evaporating part to the condensing part. It functions as a heat exchanger.

: The drain water of the water tank is stored in the water tank and further circulates with the working fluid 15, and by the heat pipe 11 which performs heat exchange, the drain water of the water tank is operated at high temperature in the heat pipe as described above. It also has a humidifying effect.
