ギヤの各ハブ内面にスプラインが設けられると共に、筒
軸スプラインとハブスプライン間には径方向の間隙を有
し、該両開隙に夫々スリーブが軸方向移動自在に嵌入さ
れ、該各スリーブの内面には筒軸スプラインと常時噛合
するスプラインが設けられ、スリーブ外面にはスリーブ
の軸方向移動でハブスプラインと係脱自在に噛合するス
プラインが設けられ、上記ハブスプラインと筒軸スプラ
インがスリーブスプラインを介して同時噛合する軸方向
位置は、ハブ外周に套嵌されたベアリングの支持位置に
