Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain ease of confirmation of operation by providing a circuit supervising a selecting signal to an output side of a selecting signal transmission section. CONSTITUTION:A network controller 8 comprises a selecting signal transmission section 2 connected to a telephone line 1, an interface section 5 to which a signal line 4 from an external communication control section 3 is connected, a selecting signal supervising circuit 6 connected to the output side of the selecting signal transmission section 2 and a control section 7. The control section 7 controls the selecting signal transmission section 2 by telephone number information transmitted via the interface section 5 from the communication control section 3 and transmits a selecting signal to the telephone line 1. The supervising circuit 6 monitors the selecting signal and transmits it to the control section 7. The control section 7 confirms whether or not the monitored number is identical to the telephone number command to the selection signal transmission section 2.
