When a large elastic displacement is required, using a flexible conductor made of gold has disadvantages due to its stress limitations, etc. Therefore, as a specific structure of the present invention, the current collector is installed near the current collector mounting base, where it is easy to obtain a large displacement followability effect when looking at the current collector as a whole.

Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of the first embodiment, where 1 is a wire-like flexible current collecting conductor (flexible conductor), 2 is rubber covering the conductor, and 3 is a mounting bolt. Attach this current collector to the stand 4. A portion of the present current collector near the sampling table 4 forms a mounting foot 9 of a beam-like structure made of rubber and not containing any metal, which is integral with the rubber 2 covering the conductor. Reference numeral 5 denotes a conductor buckle, and a terminal 6 is implanted in this buckle, so that the conductor is connected vigorously to the terminal. A covered electric wire 7 up to a necessary drowsiness circuit is connected to the terminal 6. 8 is a power supply trolley wire, and A is a contact surface between the current collector and the power supply trolley wire. The dotted line shows the state when the distance between the J stand 4 and the power supply trolley wire 80 becomes smaller, and this is mainly handled by bending and deforming the beam-shaped handle leg 9.

The beam-like leg part 9 has a long shape and has no metal inside, so it is easily deformed and has a hanging structure. Since this part can be easily deformed, the reaction force for deforming it is small, and even when a large displacement occurs, the surface pressure of the contact 17jiA caused by the deformation reaction force does not become excessive and maintains good and stable current collection performance. It is something that can be kept. Other advantages of special number 51-19572 "Current collector" are vibration suppression, noise prevention, no need for maintenance, long durability, no scattering of conductors, and no risk of short circuits or ground faults. There is nothing wrong with the fact that there are quite a few points.

Another embodiment of the invention is shown in FIG. While the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 has a rhombic structure with feet, this example has a cantilevered structure including the mounting feet, but its function and effect are the same as those shown in FIG. In Figure 2, conductor 1 is a metal plate and the current capacity is 1.
The illustration has been enlarged. The conductor 1 is short and does not reach the mounting foot IO, and a covered wire 7 leading to a necessary electric circuit is caulked to the conductor 1 with rivets 11 to establish an electrical connection. Although the core wire of the covered electric wire 7 is made of metal, it can be made of thin twisted copper wire, which has sufficient flexibility and does not substantially resist bending deformation of the mounting foot lO. The structure is such that it is buried within the mounting foot to protect the electric wire from mechanical damage.

In a single-piece current collector, a part of which is exposed due to contact with the current collector and is pressed against the power supply line due to the elasticity of the current collector itself, the part of the current collector that is close to the current collector mounting base The elastic structure of the current collector is characterized in that the mounting foot is beam-shaped and made of substantially rubber or a rubber-like elastic material, and the elasticity of this part accounts for most of the elasticity of the current collector itself. (2) Consisting of a flexible conductor and rubber or rubber-like elastic material covering its outer periphery, a portion of the conductor is exposed for contact with the power supply line, and the current collector itself is In a monolithic current collector that is pressed into contact with the power supply line due to elasticity, the mounting foot of the current collector near the current collector mounting base is beam-shaped and is made of substantially rubber or rubber-like elastic material. An elastic structure of a current collector used for grounding the vehicle body, in which the elasticity of this part accounts for most of the elasticity of the current collector itself. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention is based on Patent No. 84, which was previously filed and registered by the applicant.
No. 5116 (% Kosho No. 51-19572) "Current collector"
and Utility Model Registration No. 1166749 (Utility Model Registration No. 1166749)
-250. No. M) This relates to an elastic structure that utilizes a ``heavy body attachment device'' and improves its performance by applying new innovations to it. Generally speaking, when a moving body collects power from equipment on the ground, there are two general restrictions. In other words, there are cases such as elevators where the lateral distance between the building and the moving object does not change much, and cases such as railway cars where the relative displacement in the left and right direction due to vibrations of the moving object is very large. In the latter case, the current collector is required to have great displacement followability. In order to ensure a large displacement followability, a spring mechanism or the like is required to keep the contact pressure with the power supply line with little fluctuation even if displacement occurs. In particular, when such a mechanism is not provided, the current collector itself needs to have high flexibility ZX so that a good and stable contact state can be obtained without excessive contact pressure even in a state of large displacement. The object of the present invention has been made by focusing on this point, and is a current collector for general power supply and vehicle body grounding that has large displacement followability without a special mechanism and provides a good and stable contact state. This provides an elastic structure for obtaining When a large elastic displacement is required, the use of a metal flexible conductor has disadvantages such as stress limitations. Therefore, the present invention consists of a flexible conductor and a rubber or rubber-like elastic material covering the outer periphery, and the conductor is partially exposed for contact with the power supply line, and the current collector itself In a current collector that has an integral structure and is pressed into contact with the power supply line due to the elasticity of
In order to provide high flexibility to the current collector, the mounting foot is beam-shaped and has a structure consisting only of a comb or a comb-like elastic material that does not substantially contain any flexible conductor, and the elasticity of that part is the same as that of the current collector itself. The structure accounts for most of the elasticity, that is, 50 modulus or more. Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the figures. Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of the first embodiment, where 1 is a wire-like flexible current collecting conductor (flexible conductor), 2 is rubber covering the conductor, and 6 is a mounting bolt. Fasten this current collector to the mounting base 4 with the steps. A portion of the present current collector near the mounting base 4 forms a mounting leg 9 of a beam-like structure made of a comb that is integral with rubber 2 covering the conductor and does not contain metal. Reference numeral 5 denotes a conductor buckle, and a terminal 6 is embedded in this buckle, so that the conductor is electrically connected to the terminal. A necessary covered electric wire 7 to the electric circuit is connected to the terminal B. 8 is a power supply trolley wire, and A is a contact surface between the current collector and the power supply trolley wire. A state in which the distance between the mounting base 4 and the power supply trolley wire 8 becomes small is shown by a dotted line, and this is mainly handled by bending and deforming the beam-shaped mounting foot 9. The beam-like mounting foot 9 has a long shape and has no metal inside, so it is easily deformed and has a hanging structure. Even when this part easily deforms and scales cause a small reaction force to deform it and a large displacement occurs, the contact pressure on the contact surface A caused by the deformation reaction force does not become excessive and maintains good and stable current collection performance. It is something that can be kept. Other advantages of the 5l-19572r current collector are vibration suppression, noise prevention, no need for maintenance, long service life, no scattering of conductors, and low risk of short circuits and ground faults. There is nothing wrong with not having it. This configuration can be moved to either the left or right side of the figure, and has the same tracking characteristics. On the other hand, another embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. 2, which has a structure that is movable in both the left and right directions, but exhibits particularly excellent characteristics in unidirectional movement. While the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 has a rhombic structure with feet, this embodiment has a cantilever shape including the mounting feet, but its function and effect are the same as those shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, the conductor 1 is a metal plate, and the current capacity is higher than that in FIG. The conductor 1 is short and does not reach the mounting foot 10, and a covered electric wire 7 leading to a necessary electric circuit is caulked to the conductor 1 with a rivet 11 or the like to make an electrical connection. Although the core wire of the covered electric wire 7 is made of metal, it can be made of thin twisted copper wire, which has sufficient flexibility and does not substantially resist bending deformation of the mounting foot 10. The structure is such that it is buried within the mounting foot to protect the electric wire from mechanical damage. On the other hand, one field of use for current collectors is vehicle body grounding. For example, it is legally stipulated that some parts of automobiles and track vehicles using comb tires must be grounded, and the aforementioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-19572, ``Current collector'', is applicable to this purpose as stated in its specification. I can do it. Utility Model Publication No. 51-25041, ``Vehicle Body Grounding Device,'' is an embodiment of this invention for vehicle body grounding. By using the elastic structure of the current collector of the present invention for the same purpose and usage conditions as the invention, it is possible to obtain an effect of improved performance that enables greater displacement tracking than that of conventional current collectors. In its concrete implementation, it has an appearance as shown by the reference numeral 2 in FIGS. 1 and 2 of Utility Model Publication No. 51-25041, and is attached to the vehicle body 1. At this time, the vehicle body grounding current collector is changed to the vehicle body grounding device, and the power supply line is changed to the grounding wire or grounding rail.
Depending on the potential situation, for example, when the moving body is at a positive potential, current may flow from the moving body side to the ground line side. The vehicle body grounding device functions whether the grounding wire is provided continuously or intermittently. In this embodiment, it can be moved to either the left or right side of the figure, and when moving, the elasticity of the vehicle body grounding device itself deforms its tip so that it bends and flutters in the opposite direction to the direction of movement, and the tip touches the grounding line. Contact creates an electrical connection. When the movable body moves in the opposite direction, the device itself deforms again, flexing and fluttering in the opposite direction to the movement to form an electrical connection. The present invention has a simple structure in which the beam-shaped mounting foot does not substantially contain metal and has more than most of the elasticity of the current collector itself, and is therefore capable of following large displacements. , maintains good and stable current collection and grounding performance, and also has patent No. 84511, which is the basis of the present invention.
No. 6 and Utility Model Registration Box No. 1166749 will not diminish the effects in any way. The present invention has the effects described above in each of the embodiments and satisfactorily achieves the intended purpose of the present invention. 4. Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 is a sectional view showing an embodiment of a current collector having an elastic structure of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is an embodiment of another current collector having an elastic structure of the present invention. It consists of a flexible conductor and a rubber or rubber-like elastic material covering its outer periphery, and a portion of the conductor is exposed for contact with the feed line, and the elasticity of the current collector itself In a single-piece current collector that is pressure-contacted to a power supply line, the mounting foot of the current collector near the current collector mounting base is beam-shaped and is substantially made of rubber or rubber material. The elastic structure of the current collector is characterized in that it is made of only elastic material, and the elasticity of this part accounts for most of the elasticity of the current collector itself.
