Abstract

PURPOSE:To store a hatch cover in a compact form within a ship's hull, by a method wherein a hatch cover for a hatch formed in a main deck is split into a plurality of cover members, central cover members are placed on rotatable end cover members, the resultant stacks are rotated, the other cover members are placed on a cover member provided with a truck, and they are moved on rails. CONSTITUTION:The hatch cover 9 for the hatch formed in the intermediate deck partitioning the interior of a ship's hold 2 formed in the ship's hull 1 is split into a plurality of cover members A-M in the longitudinal direction. Central cover members E, F are placed on the rotatable end cover members A, M, and the resultant stacks are rotated. One D of the cover members located between the central cover members E, F and the rotatable end cover members A, M is provided with a truck part 15, the remaining cover members B, C, G- K are stacked on the cover member D provided with the truck part 15, and the thus stacked cover members are conveyed on the rails and are stored into predetermined positions. Accordingly, even in the case of a freight vessle wherein sufficient deck height can not be obtained, such as a container ship, the hatch cover can be stored in a compact form within the ship's hull.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for opening and storing a hold opening f for forming a multi-tiered hold by partitioning the hold of a cargo ship or the like in the depth direction, and particularly for a container ship. It has a long warehouse mouth such as
In addition, even if the cargo ship does not have a sufficient deck opening, the removed hold mouth can be properly stored within the hull, and the bow can be formed with multiple V holes to accommodate a variety of cargo. 6. This invention relates to a method for opening and storing a cargo hold lid, which can be used for a variety of purposes on a cargo ship such as a container ship.

Many of the cargo ships built in recent years tend to be specialized vessels for carrying specific cargoes, such as tankers for crude oil and LNG carriers for natural gas. It is becoming common to store and transport cargo in standard containers, and many container ships are being built. These container ships carry and store relatively large containers in their holds, so compared to conventional cargo ships, they have larger holds and longer hatch openings. It is a characteristic. However,
Dedicated vessels such as container ships are only equipped with facilities that give priority to containers, so sometimes cargo cannot be balanced and one space is left over in the hold. Operating under such conditions would result in damage, so it is requested that the vessel be equipped with additional equipment to allow it to carry some kind of cargo (such as copycat cargo). As a solution to the above, it is conceivable to give priority to the cargo hold that accommodates the containers and make it thicker, and then install a tray such as a second deck above the cargo hold to form a separate multi-stage V cargo hold.

The present invention was founded in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to solve problems such as those of container ships, etc., which have a long hatch, and have a high height between the decks, for example, between the upper deck and the second deck. Even if a cargo ship does not have enough trays, it can be properly stored in the hull above the cargo hold mouth, which is removed to open the cargo port, and the cargo hold can be formed into multiple tiers to accommodate a wide variety of cargo. An object of the present invention is to provide a complete method for opening and storing a cargo hold opening, which allows a cargo ship such as a container ship to be used for multiple purposes.

(1) The cargo hold opening, which divides and partitions the interior of the cargo space in the depth direction, should be appropriately stored on the cargo side, such as in the corner of the cargo room or in the corner of the cargo hold, where the upper deck extends and is relatively difficult to carry out cargo handling operations. Therefore, VC can be effectively adopted for cargo ships such as container ships that have long hatchbacks and cannot have sufficient height between decks.

(2) Therefore, the inside of the ship's hold can be divided in the depth direction, and a variety of cargo can be loaded onto a dedicated cargo ship such as a container ship.
It can be used for multiple purposes, and its transport efficiency can be improved.

(3) Since the structure is such that the split hatch lids are stored on the deck 1''EAj side, the number of split hatch covers transported on the bottom plate can be reduced by 1iJ, and the depth force can be reduced. It can be effectively used even if there are six VCs in the hold that cannot hold enough balls.

(4)構造が簡単で容易に採用し得る。(4) The structure is simple and can be easily adopted.

In a method for opening and storing a cargo hold mouth formed to divide and partition a cargo hold formed in a hull in a depth direction, the cargo hold mouth is divided into a plurality of parts along its longitudinal direction. After the divided warehouses located in the center are transferred to the divided warehouse lids located at the ends and loaded, the divided warehouses located between the center and the ends are loaded. The canopy is moved freely along the VC onto the bottom plate in the hold, and the remaining split hatch openings are stacked one after another on the split hatch openings that have been moved so that they can be moved, and then transported and stored so as to be brought closer to the hull side. In addition, the method for opening and storing a cargo hold hatch is characterized in that the divided cargo hatch covers stacked at the ends are deployed and transferred to the hull side for storage.
