えす。以上説明したように本発明は一側にコンテナ一受
入れ用の開口部を有し、かつ、上部の旋回回転軸を中心
として反転可能とされた枠体状の反転箱に開閉可能な上
蓋を設けると共に、該反転箱の底部に横架され、コンテ
ナ一を載置上昇せしめ得るリフトバ一を昇降可能に設け
、上記上蓋に一端を連結し、反転箱両側に立設された上
蓋開閉用のエアシリンダの他端を上記リフトバ一の両端
と連結して、上記エアシリンダをリフトバ一の昇降に兼
用させたため、リフトバ一を上昇させてコンテナ一の上
部開口部を上蓋に完全密着させることができ、反転時に
コンテナ一内の物品同士の衝突騒音を閉じ込めて外部に
洩れないようにすることができ、これによつて、騒音の
発生を極力抑制させることができる。また、上蓋開閉用
のエアシリンダをリフトバ一の昇降に兼用させたから、
装置の構成が簡単となる。更にコンテナ一からストレー
ジ部に部品を投入する時物品が一度にストレージ部に流
れ込まない様に上蓋の開きを徐々に開いて物品の落下差
をを減らしているため騒音を低減出来る。従来方式の場
合105dBの騒音が発生したが本発明装置では90d
