Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute almost automatically a circulating type copying work, and to raise the work efficiency by placing an endless belt and an original tray on an original platen, providing an original partition plate in the tray, and also placing an invertor. CONSTITUTION:In case when an original is of one surface, a feeder 22 of an original tray 19 feeds it out to an original platen 1 in order from its final page, and contains it in an original catch tray 35 through an invertor 26 in order from the end of exposure. In this case, when both a pawl 31 and 32 of the invertor 26 are drawn in from an original carrying path and the catch tray 35 is set up in an almost vertical state, the original is accumulated in order as it was before. In case of what is called a both surface original having a picture on both surfaces of the original, one surface is exposed on the original platen 1, and thereafter, it is fed out straight once through the invertor 26, the pawl 32 is set up after its rear end is detected by a sensor 33, and at the same time the rear end of the original becomes a lead edge, and the original is returned into said original tray 19.

When copying multiple copies of documents arranged in a predetermined page order, such as conference materials or books, it is common to use a sorter that comes with a copier, but a sorter also requires a large amount of floor space. There is a drawback that it is expensive.

Therefore, conventional methods have been used, such as the 251 or automatic stapler, in which the manuscript is circulated in page order from 1 to the customer light section of the copying machine to make copies of the required number of copies in page order, and the copies are taken out into each part and stapled with the arm of the stay 7'. There is a device that binds each copy of one volume of kopikani by using it.

On the other hand, in order to avoid the above-mentioned defects, it has been proposed to sandwich the manuscript in page order in a transparent fibre/notebook, roll it up, and repeat the feeding and winding process, but this is not practical because handling the manuscript is troublesome. There appears to be no example of it being served.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the defects of the conventional circulation type document feeder as described above, and includes an endless belt that is in sliding contact with the document e placing table of a copying machine, and an endless belt that is placed above the document feeder. A tray (having a feeder that sequentially feeds the original stack onto the document mounting table from the bottom layer) is arranged, and the tray is partitioned into upper and lower parts, and a part that interferes with the feeder is cut out. In addition, an inverter for reversing the front and back of the document is placed adjacent to the endless belt (1).
The original inverted by the inverter is
) A conveyance path is provided to transport the original onto the partition plate of the tray, and a bypass is provided to return the copy after the copying process in the copying machine onto the partition plate of the original tray. Does it include copies? An object of the present invention is to provide a circulating type automatic document feeder that performs continuous copying work.

Around this belt-shaped photoreceptor 40, a corotron 5 for uniform charging is arranged at the right end in the figure, and a developing device 6 for producing a latent latent image formed as a result of projection of the original image is arranged at the left end. The small curvature section at the lower end is equipped with a transfer/separation corotron 7 that integrates a transfer corotron that transfers the toner image developed by the developing device 6 onto the copy paper and a detack corotron that helps peel the paper. The toner remaining on the surface of the photoreceptor after the transfer is cleaned by the cleaner 8 just before the uniformly charged corotron 5 in preparation for the next process.

On the other hand, below the developing machine 6, there are provided copy paper trays 9.9 for storing sheets of different sizes, and a double-sided copy tray 10, which will be described in detail later. Peeling corotronoa and belt-shaped photoreceptor 1
A paper conveyance path is arranged between the two. Note that the paper tray 9
.. 9 sequentially feed out the stacked and stored sheets from the top layer, whereas the double-sided copying tray 10 feeds out the sheets from the bottom layer. Also, the copy paper that has been completely fed out from each of these trays is placed in the registration tray 7 provided just before the transfer point.
Needless to say, the roller roll 11 ensures that the leading edge of the paper is perpendicular to the conveyance path, and also controls the timing of sending the paper to the transfer point for registration with the developed toner image.

Also, since the paper transport path 15 to the Fukobi River Tray] 0 intersects the paper transport path that sends out the paper from this tray, the rotatable paper transport path 36 is moved by a spring 37 as shown in FIG. A toggle mechanism is provided so that the paper transport path 360 can be fixed in two positions, and memory shape alloy springs 38 and 39 are respectively installed on both sides of the paper conveyance path 360 to sandwich the rotating shaft, and movement to the two positions is performed by attaching shape memory alloy springs 38 and 39 to either of these positions. When an operator wants to create several copies of a multi-page document, the operator first rotates the document partition plate 20 of the document tray 19 together with the intermittent drive feeder 24 to store the document with the first page facing up. Next, the operator inputs information such as the size of the scrap paper to be used depending on the document size, a negative number, whether or not the document is double-sided, and the number of copies to be made into the built-in microcomputer memory using the keyboard of the copying machine (not shown), and then the copying process begins. Let's start.

On the other hand, for copies corresponding to these originals, the path 16 returning to the FA document tray 19 is first selected from among the paper transport paths that branch into three directions in front of the fixing device 13. The pawl 31 of No. 6 stands up so as to block the document conveyance path, and the pawl 4o of the three-branch paper conveyance path also reaches the position indicated by the horizontal line in FIG. Since the unexploded IJJ is constructed and operates as explained above, it is possible to perform the cyclical copying work almost automatically by simply adding a relatively small and simple device to the copying machine. Not only is it possible to do this, but the probability of damaging the original is minimized, and of course there is no need for a device that takes up a large floor space like a notator. This has a remarkable effect on improving efficiency.

Incidentally, the force not specifically explained in the above embodiment may be provided with a self-nI2+ stage in the copy catch tray 17, and the 11th staff member returned to the tray 19 after the completion of all copying operations. A separate conveyance path for returning the original to the catch tray 17 may be provided. It is also convenient from the perspective of maintaining confidentiality, since it prevents accidents such as leaving something behind.
