図において、1は電源部、2は発振部、3は出力導波管
、4は電圧変動検出回路、5は放電検出回路、6は放電
検出装置、7は結合孔、8は光検知素子、9は光電変換
回路である。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一

路および電圧変動検出回路からの電気信号により放電を
検出する放電検出回路とから構成され、上記発振部出力
側導波管内に発生する放電光を上記光検知素子で検知し
、それぞれ光電変換回路で電気信号に変換することによ
り放電を発生と同時に検出するようにしたことを特徴と
