    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パネル部材と、直接又は間接的に、天井側若しぐは天井
    側の躯体に固定された第１のパネル固定部材と、直接又
    は間接的に、床側若しくは床側の躯体に固定された第２
    のパネル固定部材とを備え、前記第１、第２のパネル固
    定部材の少なくとも１つは弾性部材で構成されていて前
    記第１、第２のパネル固定部材に前記パネル部材の上、
    下端部が装着されて、固定されていることを特徴とする
    仕切構造物。
