Since the throttle plate 18 has a large number of small holes 18a as described above, it has the function of sucking and circulating the water B above the throttle plate 18 to a certain extent into the water reservoir 17.
It has the effect of increasing the flow resistance of the water and preventing ρ from causing turbulence at the layered interface between the suspended matter A and the water B, and when the water B above the diaphragm plate 18 is sucked and distributed into the water reservoir 17, this It has the effect of coarsening the floating matter A such as oil mixed in the water B at the passage portion of the small hole 18a, and causing it to separate and float due to the buoyancy of the floating matter A itself.

As described above, the present invention adds a collection separation tank between both sides of the catamaran, so the collection separation tank can be made self-propelled, and the collection separation tank is stable and can be used at floating material collection sites. It has the effect of being able to efficiently collect suspended matter in the collection and separation tank by self-propelled, and also has a flat plate shape with many small holes at the external discharge part of the water from the collection and separation tank. Since the throttle plate is arranged approximately horizontally, when the water above the throttle plate in the water flow path is sucked into the external discharge part, the flow resistance of the water is greatly increased by the throttle plate, so that the water suddenly flows out. This has the effect of eliminating turbulent flow on the lower surface of the suspended solids layer in the flow collection separation tank, which causes mixing and agitation of suspended solids and water, and also allows water to flow to some extent through the small holes in the throttle plate. The water in the upper part of the diaphragm plate can also be drained well, increasing the thickness of the suspended solids layer in this area and improving collection efficiency. Floating substances such as oil are coarsened and separated and floated upward by the buoyancy of the floating substances themselves, reducing the proportion of floating substances contained in the discharged water and improving recovery efficiency. Since the flow of water is suppressed by the aperture plate, the flow of water does not impede the separation and flotation of the coarse particles caused by buoyancy in the small holes, resulting in a good roughness. This has the effect of separating and floating the granulated suspended matter.
