In producing this emulsion fuel, conventionally a method has been adopted in which liquid fuel, water and air are simultaneously injected into the same tank and 41t TV is produced. However, in such conventional methods, the injected air bubbles escape from the emulsion fuel into the atmosphere before combustion, making it difficult to maintain a constant proportion of air in the emulsion fuel during combustion. .

を解決しようとしたものである。The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by providing a method for producing emulsion fuel in which air is mixed into a liquid fuel that has been pre-mixed with water and left to dry, and then air is mixed in to dry the liquid fuel immediately before combustion. This is what I was trying to solve.

A liquid fuel O such as heavy oil and water W are injected into a water-containing tank 1 in advance and dried to produce an emulsion fuel E'. In this case, the proportion (volume) of water W is approximately 5 to 10% of the liquid fuel O, for example. Immediately before combustion, the remaining emulsion fuel E' produced in this manner is transferred from the water-mixed tank 1 to another air-mixed tank 2, and air A is mixed therein to form liquid fuel O, water W, and air A. An emulsion fuel E consisting of Toyoshi is produced, and this is immediately led to the burner 3 to be combusted. In addition, the mixing ratio of air (volume)
As an example, it is assumed that the liquid fuel is 0 and 1 to 4 inches.

Air A is added to the emulsion fuel E' formed by Toyoshi just before combustion.
Since the emulsion fuel E is produced by mixing the emulsion fuel E, the number of bubbles escaping from the emulsion fuel E into the atmosphere before combustion becomes extremely small. Therefore, since the proportion of air in the emulsion fuel I during combustion can be maintained at a desired constant value, stable and preferable combustion is always ensured.
