は取付けるべき弁のポートに対応する上部開口部を上面
に各上部開口部と連通ずる2個の下部開口部を下面に有
し、端部マニホールド部材は上部マニホールドに接する
上面に上部マニホールド部材の下部開口部に対応する上
面開口部を、中間部マニホールド部材と接する端面とは
反対側端面に流体源と接続される流路もしくは排出路用
の開口部を、少なくとも片側側面に作動流路用の開口部
