ボルトによって弁腕室内のシリンダヘッド上面に固着す
る弁腕装置において、上記挿通孔のうちいずれかの挿通
孔とボルト外周面との間に環状弁腕油路を形成し、該環
状弁腕油路を介して、シリンダヘッド上端部の弁腕油供
給孔と、弁腕装置の各注油部分とを連通したことを特徴
