    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体側に固定される第１のブラケットおよびこの第１の
    ブラケットに回動可能に取付けられた第２のブラケット
    によってシートバック支持用のブラケット本体を形成す
    るとともに、シートバックの下端部におけるシートバッ
    クフレームの内面に固定部を設け、前記第２のブラケッ
    トを前記シートバックのシート表皮およびシートバック
    フレームを介して前記固定部に固定したことを特徴とす
    る自動車のリヤシートバック取付構造。
