In a stator core for a rotating electric machine, in which stator core plates made of thin plates having cutouts on the outer periphery are laminated in the axial direction and end plates are inserted at predetermined locations, the stator core plates are arranged to have the same shape and have a predetermined length. The same-shaped laminated block is constructed by stacking the blocks together and bending and fixing the tops of the end plates arranged circumferentially at the ends thereof in contact with the outer periphery of the notch of the laminated stator core. A stator core for a rotating electrical machine is made by laminating multiple sets of identical laminated blocks that are alternately rotated in the circumferential direction.
