サにおいて、導電性充填材入り四弗化エチレン樹脂製の
未焼成ないしは半焼成の成形体は延伸多孔化してなるこ

れかに記載の漏液センサにおいて、通液性、外被は延伸
連続多孔質焼成四弗化エチレン樹脂層からなることを特
