    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 床下換気孔を全て閉鎖し、建物の基礎両端部分に吸気用
    及び排気用シャッター付き床下換気扇を取付け、屋外が
    低湿度時に屋外に設置した温度及び湿度センサーが感知
    して指定した湿度で自動的にスイッチが入り、タイマー
    等を利用して一定間隔に一定時間換気扇を同時吸排気運
    転することにより床下を強制的に乾燥させる、床下強制
    吸排気換気装置。
