[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a cardboard box, particularly a cardboard box for accommodating a flexible container containing liquid, powder, etc. with its spout protruding outside. A pair of opposing reinforcement pieces on both sides can be inserted without falling inward.

This cardboard box 1 has four lid flaps 3 to 6, and one pair of opposing lid flaps 3 and 4 are closed by folding the lid flaps horizontally toward each other at their abutting ends. Sometimes it has semicircular notches 7a, 7b that define the circular hole 7 (see Figure 2), and one of the other pair of opposing lid flaps 5, 6, for example lid flap 5, is bent horizontally. It has a circular hole 8 (see FIG. 2) which overlaps said circular hole 7 when closed.

As shown in FIG. 1, this circular hole 8 is closed by a circular piece 10 defined by a perforation 9 before housing the flexible container 2, and when housing the flexible container 2, the circular piece 10 is closed by a circular piece 10 defined by a perforation 9. The circular hole 8 is formed by tearing the piece 10 by pulling a small piece 13 defined by the perforations 11 and folds 12.

This reinforcing material 14 has reinforcing pieces 15 a and 15 on both sides thereof.
These both side reinforcing pieces 1 are inscribed in the inner walls of the pair of side parts 16a and 16b of the cardboard box 1, respectively.
A bottom reinforcing part 15C connecting the parts 5a and 15b is inserted so as to be inscribed in the inner wall of the bottom part 16C of the cardboard box 1.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the U-shaped reinforcing material inscribed in the bottom of the cardboard box and the inner walls of one pair of opposing sides is inserted into the cardboard box, the reinforcing material makes it possible to strengthen the cardboard box. This reinforcement prevents the cardboard box from deforming or breaking, even if the item contained in such a cardboard box is a fairly heavy container, for example containing a liquid.

16b is the other pair of opposing sides, for example 16C,
In the case of a structure larger than 16d, it is preferable for the reinforcing effect to be such that the reinforcing pieces on both sides are inscribed in the inner walls of the larger both sides.

Further, according to the present invention, the reinforcing material 1 placed in the cardboard box 1
4 is devised so that the reinforcing pieces 15 a and 15 b on both sides thereof do not fall inward.

That is, the items housed in the cardboard box 1 are, for example, flexible containers 2 containing liquids, powders, etc. as shown in the figure.
In this case, when the amount remaining in the container 2 gradually decreases due to consumption of the liquid, the outer shape of the container deforms because it is made of a flexible material such as vinyl, and this deformation causes the reinforcement The reinforcing pieces 15a and 15b on both sides of the material 14 may fall inward, making it difficult to pour out liquid or the like.

However, in the present invention, in order to solve this problem, as shown in FIG.
, 15 b (7) Steps 17a to 17d are formed on both sides of the upper end, and both sides 16C and 16d of the cardboard box 1 are formed.
Step portions 18 a to 18 d are also formed on both sides of the base portions of the pair of lid flaps 3 and 4 extending from the top, and these step portions 18 a to 1
8d is the lid flap 3 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3;
When the reinforcing material 14 is folded horizontally toward each other and closed,

Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the item stored in the cardboard box is a flexible container containing liquid, etc., the reinforcing pieces on both sides of the reinforcing material will not fall inward due to the external deformation of the container. This ensures that liquids etc. can be poured out smoothly from the container at any time.
