[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a tray that accommodates button-shaped or coin-shaped batteries (hereinafter collectively referred to as button-shaped batteries) in a cup-shaped recess. Even if there is a slight difference, when stacking multiple trays in a cardboard box for transportation, etc., the cross-sectional path ■-shaped bent portion provided in the cup-shaped recess will deform due to its flexibility. The aim is to make it possible to share packaging containers such as cardboard boxes.

This tray main body 1 is integrally provided with a battery storage recess 2 having a cup-shaped cross section, and a circular hole 3 with a smaller diameter than the battery is formed at the bottom of this recess, so that the battery can be stored in the tray. This makes it possible to push out from below, and also allows voltage measurements to be made while housed in the tray.

9 and 10 show a state in which the trays are stacked with button batteries 4 accommodated in the recesses 2 of the trays, and the battery 4a in FIG. 9 is sufficiently thinner than the depth of the recesses 2. The battery 4b shown in FIG. 10 has a thickness approximately equal to the depth of the recess 2.

Therefore, when trays containing these batteries in the recesses 2 are stacked, their heights are H and H-1, and if the battery 4b is thick, H-1 will be higher than H.

When transporting the trays containing these batteries in the recesses, they are stacked and stuffed into cardboard boxes 5a and 5b as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12. For the trays housed in the recesses, even if they are all compressed in the thickness direction, the overall thickness will not be as thin as the tray housing the thin battery 4a shown in FIG. 11, so the same number of trays are stacked. However, two types of cardboard boxes are required, shallow depth 5a and deep depth 5b, and if the thickness of the battery or the number of stacked trays changes, a corresponding packaging container such as a cardboard box is required each time. It was difficult to share packaging containers and reduce the number of products.

The present invention makes it possible to share packaging containers such as cardboard boxes and to reduce the number of products by improving the main body of the tray.

以下、その実施例を第1図から第6図により説明する。Examples thereof will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a cup-shaped recess for accommodating a button-shaped battery 4a or 4b, and has a circular hole 3 on the bottom with a diameter smaller than that of the battery. A cross section connecting the flat ring-shaped lip 6 that comes into contact with and directly supports the button-shaped battery 4a or 4b accommodated in the recess 2, and the lip 6 and the inclined inner circumferential wall 2a of the recess. A substantially square-shaped bending portion 7 is provided.

The bent portion 7, which has a substantially square cross section, is thinner than other portions and has flexibility, and is easily deformed by applying pressure.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which trays containing thin button-shaped batteries 4a are stacked in the recess of the tray main body 1.
Further, FIG. 5 shows a stacked state of trays containing thick batteries 4b.

The height H-3 between the trays is higher than the height H-2 between the trays containing the thin batteries 4b.

At this time, the contact relationship between the battery and the cup-shaped recess 2 for accommodating the battery in the upper tray is as shown in FIG. It remains undeformed.

Therefore, there is a height difference between a tray containing a thin battery and a tray containing a thick battery by the difference in battery thickness, and if the tray is as it is, it will fit inside a cardboard box of the same depth. It is not possible to pack trays with the same number of trays stacked on top of each other.

A feature of the present invention is that the bent portion 7 is made thinner than the other portions and has such flexibility that it can be easily deformed by applying pressure.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, the folded portion 7 of the upper tray shown by the solid line is pressed against the stacked trays from the state where it is in contact with the lower thick battery 4b, and the folded tray is bent. Part 7 is transformed into the state shown in 7-1, and in order to eliminate the height h, when packing boxes into cardboard boxes, pack boxes with the same depth in both trays as shown in Figures 3 and 5. I can do it.

Note that the bent portion 7, which has a roughly ■-shaped cross section, does not deform no matter how many trays are stacked on top of each other, but deforms only when pressure is applied to it, which is a problem when placing button-shaped batteries of different thicknesses in the cup-shaped recess. It is preferable from the viewpoint of accommodating without any problems.

As described above, the tray of the present invention has flexibility in the bent portion having an approximately ■-shaped cross section that connects the ring-shaped mouth edge of the cup-shaped recess for accommodating the battery and the inner circumferential wall of the recess. So,
When storing thick button-shaped batteries in recesses and stacking these trays in a packaging container such as a cardboard box, applying pressure to the trays may cause the bent portions to deform into a roughly ■ shape. The overall thickness of the stacked trays can be reduced, and packaging containers of the same depth can be used to pack trays containing thinner batteries.

従って梱包容器は深さの比較的浅いものを少品種用意す

Therefore, if a small number of packaging containers with a relatively shallow depth are prepared, it is advantageous that the containers can be shared regardless of the thickness of the batteries to be accommodated.
