される肩カバー１９或いは壜口頭部５の外向きフランジ
７に係合されるネックリング２２の一部から折り曲げ可
能な板状の把手体１２を下方に延出し、その下端に、両
縁に弾性係止片１４゜１４を有する係止部１５を形成し
た把手１０を設け、この把手１０を、その係止部１５を
壜胴３下部に装着される脚台８又はリング外面に突設し
た上下方向貫通の角筒形の支持部９に上方から挿通係止
