Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain highly precisely the pressure distribution at multi-points by driving light emitting elements one by one in order, and obtaining optical output electric signals from plural photodetecting elements existing at almost equal distances from the light emitting element driven at every driving of the each light emitting element.
