Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）分極軸を同一方向にした圧電素子を直列関係に接
    続するとともに、各圧電素子に分圧回路から所定電圧を
    分極軸方向と、分極軸と逆方向とに印加する圧電バイモ
    ルフの駆動回路において、逆方向側の圧電素子に所定電
    圧以上の電圧が印加されるのを防止する電圧制限手段を
    並列に接続したことを特徴とする圧電バイモルフの駆動
    回路。
  2. （２）前記電圧制限手段が、ツェナーダイオードである
    ことを特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
    記載の圧電バイモルフの駆動回路。
